Lägenheten ligger på 4: e våningen (med hiss) i en historisk byggnad och har totalrenoverats i mars 2015.

Great place! Perfection location for sight seeing, restaurants the market and transportation. Emanuel was great in providing recommendations. The balcony was a perfect way to end the night with a glass of wine. If you are looking for a private guide while in Florence, we recommend Paolo at Florence Private Guide. He was excellent !

I stayed here the night before I proposed to my fiancé and this was the perfect start to our romantic getaway. The property is in a terrific location and Emanuele was a great host and met us upon arrival. He showed us everything there was to know about the property and surrounding sights. He recommended a terrific restaurant that made our experience so perfect. My fiancé and I cannot wait to come back and stay at this same property. No complaints at all, everything was beautiful, clean, and perfect. Thank you, Emanuele!

We had a great stay in Florence. The apartment was centrally located and well kept. We got lots of great recommendations from Emanuele when we checked in - very helpful! Great views, nice terrace (although it was so hot when we were there so we didn't use it - but we appreciated the air conditioning). This is a great place to stay in Florence.

A perfect stay! This apartment is in a great spot, centrally located to everything that you’ll want to do while in Florence.The host, Emanuele, is extremely nice and helpful as well. Upon check in, he brought us out a map of the city and drew out the locations of his favorite places to eat and visit, local markets, and all of the famous historical sites.The apartment is great as well - lots of space, a beautiful patio, and everything you could want for a stay in the city. My wife and I had a picnic lunch while opening up a bottle of wine on the terrace over looking the city, and there is even a perfect pull-out awning to keep you in the shade if it’s hot out.All in all, a great apartment that I would definitely stay at again. Highly recommend!

Small, but certainly adequate for our purposes. Air conditioning was a huge plus. Emanuele was very helpful; he recommended local restaurants that were excellent and was very available for any questions or issues.

Everything was amazing. However the shower is terrible. It goes from scalding hot to freezing cold every 30 seconds. There were no paper towels or kitchen towels which made it very hard to do dishes. But overall the place was great. Phenomenal location and great A/C.

Great location, Emanuele was friendly and helpful. An older apartment in a majestic apartment building.The shower could use an upgrade to make the handheld work.Be aware of mosquitos after rain, keep the doors to the balcony closed.Overall good.

Apartment with a view

Delightful apartment, thoughtfully equipped (including a nice kitchen). Lovely balcony to enjoy coffee or cocktails! Emanuelle is a great host, quick to respond to queries. Central location near markets and supermarket. And easy walks to the sights of Florence. Two things to note: there are steps to the elevator, which was out of commission for several days, though our host carried the cases up when we arrived; and, as others have noted, it’s a lively neighborhood at night. Closing windows cuts noise, as do a good pair of earplugs. We were not much bothered but note this for others. Really loved this place overall!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!!

This apartment was absolutely perfect. For our first time in Florence, Italy the location is so convenient whether you turn left or right out the door. You’re only steps away from Duomo, cute cafes, restaurants and can easily go for a beautiful walk up to see the sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo. Emanuele was a great host, he sat down with us and told us what places he likes in the area, super knowledgeable. He was also very responsive if we ever had a questions. 10/10 highly recommend to stay here if you’re looking for a perfect location that is clean and in walking distance to all the excitement Florence has to offer
