Percy Cottage No4 is a quaint, homely mid terraced original fishermanâs cottage situated in the heart of Alnmouth. With many original features, this cottage offers simple yet comfortable accommodation for families or friends. With the mainline train station nearby, why not leave the car at home and enjoy being in the heart of Alnmouth with its golden sandy beaches, restaurants, tea rooms, post office and gift shop all within a stoneâs throw.

Lounge/diner with comfy sofas, wood burning stove, Smart TV, dining table and chairs. Open stairs to first floor.
Step down into kitchen with freestanding electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, table and stools.
Cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.
Access to the rear courtyard.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with king-size bed and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
Bedroom 3 with single bed.
Bathroom (1 step down) with electric shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.
