Cross House Studio totalrenoverades 2019 för att erbjuda lyxigt boende och är färdig till en extremt hög kvalitet i hela.

Det ligger i centrum av denna populära, pittoreska och historiska by bara 500 meter från slottet. Butiker, vänliga bypubar, härliga kaféer och unika bistroer ligger alla inom 50 meter men fastigheten erbjuder fortfarande en lugn tillflyktsort som ligger undan bakom huvudgatan. Warkworth domineras av sitt fina slott och promenader vid floden. Det är bara en 10 minuters promenad till den sandiga viken som sträcker sig från Alnmouth till Amble i ett område med enastående naturskönhet och ligger på kustvägen med över 20 mil gyllene sandstränder. Det är en idealisk semesterbasis för att utforska den fantastiska kustlinjen i närheten samt Cheviot-kullarna. Alnwick Castle and Gardens ligger 10 kilometer. Beautiful studio, exactly as described on site. Perfect for us and our two dogs. Loved having use of the garden. Owners are very friendly and helpful, great to have the local knowledge. Beautiful Appartment

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely appartment in Warkworth. Hosts were lovely & helpful, offering advice on the area and the appartment was spotless & had everything we needed. The Mason Arms was great for food & drink and just across the road. Bertram's also lovely for Brunch. Would definately return.

Property is spacious. Bed very comfy. Shower hot and good power jet for after long walks. Cooking area is well equipped. Tea and coffee on arrival was welcome. The underfloor heating was a real luxury, our dogs loved it. feet.

Great place!

Loved this studio!! Perfect stay with a dog. The location in Warkworth is perfect for great dog walks and the garden is perfect for morning and evening toilets. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting. Very well equipped. Great places to eat and drink in the village.

Fantastic & friendly!

A fantastic studio apartment, sparklingly clean and with a fab shower. It has a lovely walled garden which we all enjoyed. The hosts and their dogs are very friendly! Warkworth has great places to eat. We can recommend the Masons Arms for good food and very welcoming staff. It's also an easy walk along to Amble Harbour Village where there are more food options. The area is very dog friendly and has lots of beautiful beaches. We enjoyed dinner at The Heart of Northumberland in Hexham followed by a walking tour, The Hidden Horrors of Hexham - both dog friendly. Most of the independent shops allow dogs including the wonderful Barter Books in Alnwick. Lara can help you plan your days as she has great knowledge of the area and is obviously passionate about it. Like everyone we met, she wants visitors to enjoy the area. We were blown away by the hospitality and hope to visit again soon!

Excellent location

Perfect stay for myself, husband and our small dog in the heart of beautiful Warkworth. Amazing garden, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Accommodation was excellent all on one level with direct access to the garden through beautiful bi-folding doors. We enjoyed walks to Amble and to the gorgeous Warkworth beach . Excellent pubs and restaurants in Warkworth

Our stay in Warkworth

Lovely town, Lara was really helpful in giving advice on best pubs, walks etc. We thought parking might be an issue but it wasn't and we always found a space just around the corner from our studio. Great to have a garden to let the dogs into and feel safe that they couldn't escape! Did some amazing walks, and found Druridge Bay and country park great for the dogs as there was walks around lakes, paths, a cafe and beach access too! All in all, a fab stay. Big shout out to Jasper's in Amble where we had an amazing meal but you need to book well in advance.

Fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The studio is really cleverly built on to the owner’s house and has fantastic views of the garden. It was a perfect place for two, clean, roomy, bright and well-equipped. Warkworth itself is beautiful with great walks, lovely pubs and easy access to other neighbouring towns and villages. Highly recommended.

Hi. Andy and Lara here! You are bound to meet us and our 2 little miniature poodles during your stay as we live in the main house at the front of the property. We are always pleased to answer any questions you have about the local area or generally just stop for a chat. Although we only moved to Warwkorth in 2016 we have been holidaying in the area for many years and often find we can give the original locals ideas on where to go!! We moved from busy West London and are loving the slower pace of life, friendly people and wide open areas Northumberland has to offer. We look forward to meeting you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We are situated in the centre of the village about as close to all the local amenities as it is possible to be. Being walking distance to the beach is another huge plus for us. It is amazing to see the changes from season to season or even day to day. The studio is part of an original 1800's barn and still retains the exposed stone walls in parts of the property.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Guests have shared use of the large walled garden. Being directly on a regular bus route means taking the car out every day is not a necessity. There is also a lot to do directly in the village. Nearby Amble offers boat trips and a harbour. And you can even walk 6 miles along the beach to the next village Alnmouth.
