Wonderful stay in a quaint home!

We had a wonderful weekend staying here. Everything was exactly as described, and Incline Village was a beautiful place to spend the weekend! Would come back if we are in the area!

Cabin is cosy, and charming. Hot tub is an extra perk. It's got everything you need in a compact floor print. Well stocked kitchen. Bring ground coffee.

Winter vacation

We kicked off the winter season vacation with a nice getaway in a cabin in the woods. The garage was a very nice feature for loading and unloading. The gas fireplace was very clean and easy to use. IT set the mood for a winter getaway . The location was convenient to town for local food and grocery stores.

fantastic place!

Our only goal coming to Incline Village was to mountain bike. Le Petit was close to the bike shop, the restaurants, bars and most importantly the trails. We had a miscommunication (my fault) with check in, but was resolved quickly by the rental service, and the owner made contact making sure we were ok. Once again, great place, great service!!! If I ever come back, I will most definitely stay here again. Rich

Very Cute and cozy

The home is very cozy, clean with everything you need. The hot tub was amazing, we couldn’t stay out of. I specifically was looking for a blender and the current one was inoperable. I contacted the owner and within the hour there was another one there brand new in the box waiting for us. Thank you. Looking forward to our next visit.

Weekend in Tahoe

Weekend in Tahoe. Excellent location to attend the Shakespeare on the lake event. It’s very challenging to get to a beach because many are private and require a homeowners pass which this property did not have. Or you need to go very early to Sand Harbor or hidden Beach. It was easy to find the office and pick up the packet but you do have to travel. Keyless entry on the property would be fantastic. Cute Cavan like residence and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved it!

Perfect for my family on our annual visit to LT. Very rustic and comfortable, large yard and easy access to shops and dining. I could not use hot tub because we did not get code. they referenced a key. NO big - i would rent again in a heartbeat.

Post-wedding getaway

My husband and I booked a short 3-night stay as a post-wedding getaway (not our official honeymoon) after a year and a half of hectic wedding planning. We chose to stay in Incline Village because we love Tahoe, but we wanted a more quiet and relaxing trip to just digress after all the wedding chaos. The home was just as shown, super cute and cozy, and very clean. Everything was labeled throughout the house so that there was no difficultly finding things, and when we did have questions the homeowner and property management company were very responsive. Overall, we loved the house and very much enjoyed our stay! We would definitely book again!

Cons: - Far from restaurants and heavenly ski resort. - Broken glass shattered in freezer; I had to clean. - Property guide states there were cameras - incase customers brought more than their advised party. No issue with that as it was just two of us; however we found this threat quite intrusive - Owner of property is rude and non helpful. - Bad lighting. - Very small laundry facilities. Pros - Adequate towels - Good hot tub

Almost perfect

The cabin, the hot tub, the location, the kitchen, everything about this place is absolutely stunning....but the "queen" bed in the master is more of a full-size and it was extremely mushy on top of a spring frame. We tried to stick it out, but after the breaker popped in the front of the house (I managed to reset it), we ended up leaving a day early. If they could fix those issues, we might try it again, but to us if the primary reason you have a nightly rental is that people sleep there, then new mattresses should be the main focus, maybe with some plywood underneath them for support. Really lovely house, though, sorry we couldn't stay.

Great location for North Shore activities, such as the Shakespeare Festival

Great location, comfortable indoor furniture, private, with a hot tub. A perfect combination for my wife's birthday trip to the Shakespeare Festival. We hadn't been since 2002, when we were in our 20s, and spent the night on the ground in a tent, so this time was a HUGE step up. The house had everything we needed, and if we decide to do it again in the future, wouldn't hesitate to reserve this home again.

Adorable cabin

Very cute / quiet cabin in a great location. Cabin had 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It was just the two of us (two girls) and it was perfect. Nice neighborhood to run in the morning and to feel safe.

A Lovely Stay

My friends and I loved the well-stocked, tastefully furnished, conveniently located three-bedroom house. It had ample outdoor space to lounge in front and back. The hot tub was a great amenity we took advantage of. We appreciated being near the shoreline, shops, and restaurants. It's quiet and shady with tall redwoods yet gets a good amount of sun. I'd highly recommend this property to other guests.

Quaint cabin close to beautiful beaches

The listing was accurate and the property was very clean. The hot tub and spa were very welcoming amenities especially after a long day. The kitchen is very useful and the heating/fireplace made the stay very comfortable. We had an issue with electricity which was immediately helped by sun reality. This place made our trip very joyful and would absolutely stay here again!

My spouse and I started visiting the Lake in the late seventies. The basin became our go to place. We finally took the plunge and purchased property in the late 80s.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Prior to owning this property, we had a condo a about a mile away to the west. We wanted a single-family house which we could personalize, inside and out, but not large where utilities and maintenance could be expensive. A level lot within reasonable walking distance to the lake was an important consideration, too. This house fit the bill, plus it had character owing to the cedar log construction. The logs and windows provide a good barrier against the cold, and the cross ventilation can make the rare hot days very manageable. It was the perfect size for us.
