It is a 25 m2 street view practical and functional double room in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a small flight of steps to reach the lift.
The room overlooks an inner courtyard; it is a cozy and quiet space with a 1.35 cm double bed dressed in its own bedding.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit; in addition to an electric heater, space to store your belongings, television and a small dining table.
The bathroom has a comfortable shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.
You also have a small equipped kitchen with the main appliances, crockery for 2 people and other usual utensils.
You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.
