It is a 25 m2 double room in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. 

The accommodation is located on the third floor, it has stairs and an elevator. 

You will have a double bed and a window that overlooks an interior patio, air conditioning and central heating, television, modern bathroom, equipped with towels, hair dryer and personal hygiene products.

The kitchen area is American type with a sink for dishes and is fully equipped, it has all the necessary appliances to make your stay the most comfortable and profitable you can have: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge. In addition a laundry room on the same floor of the apartment.

A common laundry area service is available for your convenience at the installation. 

Request in your reservation a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

Enjoy high speed WIFI signal, smart-tv and air conditioning.

The accommodation offers a wonderful breakfast in our Day Madrid Restaurant, located next to our office, very close to the Plaza del Callao - Gran Via, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment; open every day from 7:30 am to 12 noon for only 6€ per person, exclusive price for our guests.

In case of need we offer a luggage storage service in our office, the cost of the service is 3€ per piece per day and it is at your disposal during office opening hours.
