The cottage was excellent, everything was better than described and I genuinely feel the photos undersell the scale of the place and the amazing setting! The garden was secure with a low wall, which was great to allow the dogs outside on our visit (they even provided little gifts, bowls, blankets etc for our furry visitors). I wouldnâ€™t hesitate to stay here again! Itâ€™s with mentioning there is a barn being converted just behind the building, construction noise canâ€™t be heard at all in the property, but there is some traffic in the mornings and some footfall behind the property, so may be a little less private than usual if you plan on using the hot tub during the day.
