Brand new 2 bedroom apartment by RIO 2 and Matadero
DescripciĂłn general:
Newly renovated apartment (December 2022) in Madrid RĂo, a stone through away from the cultural hub Matadero and the mall Madrid RĂo 2 and the Manzanares river, where you can jog, walk, bike and in general enjoy the joyful Madrilenian way of living. It is well connected with 2 metro lines (Line 3 Legazpi and Line 6 Usera). It is rented only for medium stays (minimum 1 month). It is fully equipped with all the details and is perfect for people who move to Madrid temporarily for work or who simply want to enjoy the city for a longer season than a short vacation.
The rental price includes water and Wi-Fi bills, but does not include electricity and heating bills, which will be billed separately by meter reading on arrival and departure.
The apartment has 75 square meters divided into:
* Large living room of 30 square meters, very spacious and bright, with large windows and views.* The master bedroom with a large bed, closet and an ensuite bedroom.
* A second bedroom with a bunk bed, who can fit 2 kids of an adult (converting the 2 beds into a double bed). This bedroom has also a desk for work or study.* A second bathroom* Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, large capacity fridge, microwave, oven and full kitchen utensils.There is a parking available, but only suitable for small cars, so in case you are interested in using it please check beforehand the size of your vehicle.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT (In case of smoking, we will charge âŹ100 as penalty).
The Madrid Rio area is between the Arganzuela residential area and the up and coming Usera neighbourhood. The street is just adjacent to the river, full with shops and bars, with an authentic madrilenian touch. One block away there is the mall Madrid RĂo 2, with all the shops you can imagine and across the river you have the cultural hub Matadero, with a cinema, a theater and temporary exhibits. Walking from the flat to SOL should take no more than 30 minutes, and with 2 metro lines closeby, you'll have access to anywhere in the city in a short while.
