Located on Four O'Clock Road this unit is just steps from a Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and only one block to Main Street enabling you to be within walking distance to everything Breckenridge has to offer.
This two bedroom, two and a half bath condominium can sleep up to 7 people. There is ample seating in the living room with 2 couches to enjoy watching your favorite DVD movie on the TV. If you'd rather spend some time reading your vacation book this open living room is sure to provide all the comfort you will need next to the warm gas fireplace.
The gourmet, granite counter top and wood cabinet kitchen has all the necessary appliances; coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own vacation home at the rustic wood dining table for six. If you are looking for more of a grab-n-go meal, then belly up to the breakfast bar for four.
The master bedroom has a queen bed that is encased in comfortable bedding with wood accent furnishings. The master bedroom has an attached, private bathroom. The second bedroom has Captain's bunk bed which is a twin over a full size bed. There is a nicely updated bathroom for this bedroom as well. Both bedrooms are located on the condo's second floor. If neither of the bedrooms provide enough sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condominium also features an inviting private balcony where you can retreat to and get that quiet time we all cherish on vacation.
Other amenities include a stack-able washer and dryer in the condo and a desk with high-speed internet access. There is an outdoor hot tub on-site, underground parking with an elevator to the units, and a common area courtyard with a grill and picnic table. Guests can also enjoy access to the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor/outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.
