Ski-In / 200 steg att lyfta, 2BR (loft), 2BA, 9 sovplatser, välvt tak, uppvärmd garage

Rökfritt, stort ett sovrum, två bad villa med rymligt sovloft sovrum ligger på skidbacken. Åka till bakdörren via Four O'Clock Ski Run, åka ut 200 steg till Snowflake Lift. Övre våningen och endast en gemensam vägg ger ett lugnt läge (tyvärr ingen hiss !!).

Se not i botten om skidförhållandena i säsongen .....

Enheten har uppvärmt garage och en extra parkeringsplats framför garaget. Garaget är tillräckligt stort för att enkelt kunna parkera en standard SUV som en Ford Explorer.

Stora fönster med sydost. Se solen komma upp över Mount Baldy från köksbordet. Fantastisk utsikt över Mount Baldy från det stora däck. Fullt utrustat kök, nya apparater. Nytt stort matbord med hög topp, plats för sex, keramikgolv och diskar.

Sovrum med dubbelsäng. Master Bedroom-fönstret öppnar upp till Sawmill Creek som är väldigt avkopplande på sommaren / hösten.

Öppen spis (ny gas, hösten 2013) och badrum på huvudnivå. Rymligt loft har tre sängar i full storlek och en enkelsäng. Andra badrum med dusch på loftet. Loft har också en egen TV och DVD-spelare.

Bara två kvarter från Main Street i Breckenridge.

Det är en kort promenad till nyrenoverad övre bypool och badtunnor. Simmare kan simma under en vägg till utsidan! Tillgång till poolen är stängd från slutet av september fram till skidhelgen och från skidhelgen till Memorial Day.

Anteckningar om Snowflake Lift och 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift är vanligtvis öppet före Thanksgiving Weekend. Tidigt säsong snöfall belopp dikterar när nedre 4 O'Clock Run är öppen ner till lägenheten. I allmänhet är skidåkningen ner till snöflingans hiss i början av december och ner till lägenheten i mitten av december.

We loved the condo and location! Everything was perfect and there were a lot of extras we didn't expect. There were various games to entertain us. There were several humidifiers, which i never thought we would need but the dry Colorado air caused my son to have nosebleeds and they helped a bunch. I really appreciated the bulletin boatd with all the info, so i didn't have to open my phone to find it. Condo was clean and was well stocked with essentials that are hard to pack or easily forgotten. I cant recommend this place enough!

Mother/Son Hiking Trip

This property served as a homebase for my mother and I to explore Breck and hike some 14ers. It was a wonderful location, walkable to everything, and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Great location for skiers

The property was just as described. The upstairs loft is great for kids to have their own area. The garage was a perfect place to store ski equipment so you didn’t have to carry items upstairs. The location of the condo was perfect as it was walking distance to restaurants, a short walk to the Snowflake ski lift, and at the days end you literally ski right to the driveway. Would definitely stay again. And the owners were great, frequently checking in to see how the stay was and quickly responding to help with any concerns!

Family ski trip

The property was great. Easy access to snowflake chair lift and walking distance to Main Street. Truly a ski in condo that made having lunch relaxing without the crowds. A welcome surprise was how nice and convenient the heated garage was to get our skis on and off daily. Can’t wait to come back next year.

BEST LOCATION

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. 4 full days of skiing and close enough to walk to downtown Breckenridge. The Snowflake lift was a quick 100 yard walk up the road and we were able to ski directly to our front door when done!We would 100% recommend for your next ski trip!

Fantastic Breckenridge getaway

We had a wonderful trip and loved the condo. A corner unit with a great set up. It was great to have the heated garage for keeping all the ski gear. It was centrally located to the bottom of the 4’O Clock ski run and the Snowflake chair lift just a short walk away. We also liked that it was in walking distance to town which was great for my husband who doesn’t ski and for us to walk to dinner without having to deal with parking.The unit itself was very spacious but also felt cozy with the fireplace and the great loft for the kids. They liked having a place to hang out after a long day of skiing.There were plenty of towels, dishes and pots and pans for us to use as we cooked in most nights. We really had a great time and hope to come back again.Thanks again,L. Dolan

Clean and close to slopes

Great property, as advertised. Owners were communicative and helpful. Only drawback is pool and hot tub are a bit of a hike off property so be aware of that. Proximity to lift and end of day skiing can’t be beat.

Excellent location, well kept condo

This was the perfect place to stay while we skied at Breckenridge. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. Condo was orderly, well set up and clean. Felt like a second home, not just a rental. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Cozy, Charming Condo

My sister and I stayed here the week before Thanksgiving. The condo was exactly as described. Comfy couches for reading and lovely views. The beds were also very comfortable. The hosts’ recommendations on restaurants were excellent. In addition we found good pizza at the Breckenridge Ale House. The garage was really nice. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there and didn’t have to worry about getting it off the car. It was a short walk into town and close to everything. Would def stay again!

Wonderful Place!

I really enjoyed my stay in this condo! I had never been to Breckenridge before and this was the perfect place to experience it all. It was well-kept, comfortable, and had great views! Also very conveniently located to downtown and just a quick trip on the bus or gondola up to the ski slopes! I'll certainly look for this property on my next trip to Breck!

Wedding week

Perfect location for the week leading up to our daughter’s wedding. We were blocks away from downtown Breck and 8 min from venue! The garage was a huge plus for us as we had a lot to pick up for the wedding and store before we could get to the venue! Suzanne and Jim were very responsive. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Location

The location is beautiful and the unit was very clean. We especially liked having a garage to keep our motorcycle gear since it was three flights of stairs up to the unit. When you come from lower elevations it took a few days to get used to climbing the stairs. :) We enjoyed our time in Colorado very much.

Right Place for Perfect Vacation

We give it our highest ranking. Your day starts on a balcony with the sun rising over the Rockies. Cook your own breakfast in a fully stockpiled kitchen. Walk to the ski lift or a short, sweet trail along a creek, or hop in your car for several more trails within half an hour. Downtown is also full of fun and less than 10 minutes away. Best of all, Suzanne & Jim are wonderfully responsive hosts! Howard & Diana

Perfect loft for the teens

The condo was comfortable, well equipped and aesthetically pleasing. The loft was a perfect nest for two teenagers, giving them some autonomy and the adults some peace.

We live in Minnesota and we spend as much time as we can in Colorado. Long term we hope to trip the balance the other way and live in Colorado and visit Minnesota.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our family has been vacationing in Breckenridge since the early 90's. We love the outdoor activities available, especially skiing and cycling. We have season passes and ski as often as we can.
