The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The main terrace will be perfect to start the day having breakfast under the beautiful porch, or to have lunch or a drink at the end of the day with your companions. The upper terrace, on the other hand, is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe. Please note that there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house, simply decorated in typical Mallorcan style, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with radiators and TV, two dining areas where you can enjoy unforgettable moments around the table and, in addition, a kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Downstairs you will find two bathrooms with shower and two of the four bedrooms, one with two single beds together and AC and one with a single bed and fan. The other two bedrooms, both with AC, are on the upper floor of the house. One has two single beds together and one has a single bed. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. There are four fans at your disposal.

The area of Santa Margalida is in the centre of the island, so from there you can easily reach any other place in Mallorca in a reasonable time. Furthermore, it is ideal for starting routes on foot or by bicycle. The area is mostly rural and is inhabited by local people, which makes it possible for you to get to know the genuine Majorca. Santa Margalida is a village with all the services you may need during your stay. In only 15 minutes by car you can reach the area of Playas de Muro, as well as the coves and beaches of Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença, which are also worth a visit.
