La Dolce Vita Apartments

La Dolce Vita apartments is an elegant resort 450m away from the sea, locate in quite, upscale and safe neighborhood.
Recently refurbished, it comprises of a large Dutch–style villa and 4 lovely apartments on the ground floor. The swimming pool (m.15x6, max depth 2 m,) which can be accessed via the steps or a stepladder is surrounded by a tek decked solarium and a tropical garden.

La Dolce Vita is an oasis of peace tucked away in the island vegetation. The owners live on site and are available to help their guests as necessary.

The apartments have all comforts: Free WiFi, air conditioning, cable TV, hot water (not a common feature in Aruba), a fully equipped functioning electric kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster and kettle.
In all the apartments beds are king size, the high ceilings and the large beam will keep the apartments cool and give a touch of colonial elegance.

All the apartments are protected by an alarm system.

La Dolce Vita is located in Malmok, in the northwest, where there are the most exclusive villas on the island, the only ones away from the hustle and bustle of the city and major hotels.

La Dolce Vita boarders the Tierra del Sol where a beautiful 18 holes golf course is located. The coast of Malmok has several small beaches frequented by snorkelers attracted by the rich and diverse marine and the unique Caribbean sea colors and shades. Diving in the crystal clear warm waters will most probably lead to encounters with tropical fish. Pelicans are also commonly seen on the island.
Dolce Vita is 5 minutes (by car) away from the the island shopping area (Paseo Herencia and Palm Beach) which offers a variety of shops and restaurants.

A bus stop near the resort will take you to the other beaches and sports facilities: tennis, beach tennis, windsurfing, kite surf and many other places (supermarkets...).
A few minutes drive there are numerous casinos for those who want to test their luck.
Upon request we provide the service of "welcome home" for your first day on the island (bread, cheese, eggs, coffee ', milk, sugar and soft drinks).

We provide for free towels for the pool and a cooler.
Beach chairs are also provide for free.

There is also available a BBQ for our guests.

Fulvia and Paula were wonderful, accomadating hosts. We wanted a place that was quiet, clean and relaxing and this was all of those and more.

Aruba malmok

Had a great time at this house. It was close to the beach and downtown but not on the main road so we had good privacy. If you like beaches this is the right place for you. We had great service from the owner she did all our laundry for us. We would come here again.

Great studio in a lovely location!

This is my second time staying at La Dolce Vita. This time I stayed in the studio apt. It is a great size, felt spacious and relaxing. Wifi works well if you need to work remote! Easy to walk to the Malmok beaches. Fulvia is a wonderful host and I can't wait to plan my next visit.

The entire process from booking, questions on what to do, where to go, dinner ideas and the beautiful location/property was incredible! And Fulvia was so gracious and welcoming. We hope to return soon!

Excellent location and service

I am so glad I chose La Dolce Vita for my first stay in Aruba. Fulvia and her mother were spectacular hosts. The studio was perfect for one or two guests. Impeccably clean and comfortable. I enjoyed that so many snorkeling spots were in walking distance and the beautiful pool was a welcome place to wind down each evening. I look forward to a return visit.

Wonderful stay at the beautiful La Dolce Vita Apartments.

We can’t believe our five-day stay at La Dolce Vita Apartments ends today! We’ve enjoyed every minute on this beautiful property, so close to your beloved beach Boca Catalina where we snorkel and swim every day we are in Aruba. The check-in process and communication with the owner, Fulvia, were flawless. Fulvia communicated very promptly and with kindness. Paola, who checked us in and took very good care of us during our stay, was kind and extremely helpful with advice and practical help (including laundry). Our studio, the Blue Apartment, was beautiful, providing us with everything we needed from soaps, towels, snd sheets to pots, utensils, and beach chairs and towels. The property has a gorgeous and pristine pool, which we’ve enjoyed almost daily. We want to build a similar pool at our house in the States, that’s how much we loved it! It was divine to swim in it! The property offers the comfort of beautifully manicured gardens and singing birds as well. Besides the birds, the property is so quite and vibrant! We had our three-year old son with us, and he totally enjoyed the property and benefited from Paola’s immense kindness. We are leaving today but will come black with more family members next year. Thanks so much, Paola and Fulvia, for welcoming us into your home and treating us like family. We’ll miss you and this property. See you in March 2023!

New Years Aruba Vacation

Minutes from Boca Catalina which was our second favorite snorkel spot on the Island. Room was clean with a beautiful setting next to a pool. Fresh flowers always on the table and Fulvia(property owner) was so polite and helpful.

Great apartment in super location

Lovely studio apartment with attentive Landladies (Fulvia and her charming Mom). The apartment was frequently tidied up while I was gone and there were fresh flowers on the kitchen table every day when I returned. I will definitely stay here again, my only concern is that this gem will get discovered and I won’t be able to geta booking. Thanks for a wonderful stay! -geoff

Perfect vacation

I highly recommend la Dolce Vita! Communication with Fulvia was prompt, efficient and friendly. All my needs were met and exceeded. The location is convenient to the beaches, attractions, shopping, sports, restaurants. The apartment itself is large and airy, beautiful and scruptuously clean. It was helpful to have free wifi, and functioning kitchen with everything I needed. The swimming pool and grounds are prisine and lovely. I hope to return to Aruba someday soon and would not consider staying anywhere else. Thank you!

Great apartment for a week or more

Our first stab at apartment rental could have not been better. The property is clean and well maintained. All the amenitites of the big resorts but without being cramped. The pool is also clean and well maintained. Fulvia, her mother Paola (spelling?) and a maid do a fantastic job. We would certainly not hesitate to rent from Fulvia again. If you like quiet, this is the place for you. This place got our first of three weeks off to a great start. Thanks Fulvia!!

La Dolce Vita: una vacanza da sogno!

Abbiamo soggiornato alla Dolce Vita in Aruba per circa 3 settimane,durante le nostre vacanze estive. Lo studio di 30 mq è pulitissimo e perfettamente organizzato per due persone, con comodo e ampio letto matrimoniale, cucina perfettamente equipaggiata e bagno con acqua calda nella doccia, non comune ad Aruba anche se l'acqua del rubinetto è già tiepida di suo. L'appartamento è situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale nel contesto di una villa dove vivono i proprietari, italiani, con altri due appartamenti nelle dependance in affitto. Gli appartamenti in affitto sono tutti dotati di grande privacy e ben separati tra loro, tutti dotati di aria condizionata e con libero accesso ad una bellissima piscina (illuminata di sera). Un altro grande vantaggio sono le pulizie 3 volte a settimana comprese nel prezzo (con cambio di lenzuola ed asciugamani ). I supermercati sono a 5 minuti di macchina, inoltre vi è una bella passeggiata ricca di ristoranti e locali notturni sempre a circa 5 minuti di macchina. La spiaggia vicina, Malmok beach, tipica spiaggetta caraibica ricca di pesci a tartarughe e perfetta per lo snorkeling, è raggiungibile a piedi e molto bella, ma consigliamo di affittare una macchina per potere esplorare altre splendide spiaggie situate a 10-30 minuti di macchina dall'appartamento, degne di nota Arashi e Eagle beach, a 10 min di macchina e Baby beach a circa 30 min di macchina. Inoltre, i proprietari sono gentilissimi e estremamente disponibili sia per la pianificazione del viaggio prima della partenza (Fulvia, la proprietaria, vi può aiutare anche per l'affitto dell'auto) che in loco. Grazie anche alla disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari la nostra vacanza in questo paradiso caraibico è stata indimenticabile, non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
