Cosy, spacious and comfortable family home in Huddersfield.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
This house was our family home for 17 years, so its been loved and cherished with many happy memories thrown in.
This property comprises of:
A large living room,
A Light and neutral room with two comfortable sofas (a 3 seater and a 2 seater), A tv with all the modern apps i.e. Netflix and amazon prime. There's also a solid fuel stove in an open fireplace. Blinds and curtains on all the windows.
Dining Kitchen,
A large fully equipped kitchen with the usual electrical appliances and a range style cooker, that makes this kitchen a home from home. In the dining area there is a large table that comfortably seats 6 people.
Blinds on all windows for privacy and cosiness.
Bathroom,
The bathroom comprises of a sink, toilet, bath with overhead electric shower and a privacy roller blind.
Bedroom One,
A lovely high quality double bed with two bedside cabinets and an open style wardrobe with drawers. This room also has a wall mounted smart tv that has the latest apps to watch in bed. Blinds and curtains for privacy and cosiness.
Bedroom Two,
Another comfortable double bed room with a large wardrobe and bedside drawers. This room also has a large wall mounted tv with the latest apps. Blinds and curtains for privacy and cosiness.
Bedroom Three,
This is a single bedroom with single bed ideal for children. There are a chest of drawers for storing your clothes and belongings. A roller blind is also one of the fixtures.
Outside Space,
Back garden:
A single back door and double French doors open out on to a decking area which has seating. A washing line is present for drying your clothes and the beauty of the rear garden is its unblocked view out on to an open field backdrop and views across the valley.
The garden is fully self contained therefore provides private and enjoyable outdoor space.
Front garden: Standard concrete paved open front garden with space for parking on the road outside.
There is central heating throughout the property to stay warm in the colder months.

We own and live locally to this advertised property so im always only a stones throw away and on hand to deal with any problems that should arise.
I am a very communicative and friendly person, so im happy to answer any questions you may have.
My main line of work is in the building and construction industry as a qualified Gas Safe heating engineer and I am the owner of my own company, so im pretty handy with the tools. I also teach and assess my trade in college on a freelance basis.
In my spare time i spend memorable time with my family at home or out and about. I'm also a Huddersfield Town football fan with a keen interest in learning to play golf.
I am committed to making your stay here the best possibly can, so I will do my best to accommodate any requests in a timely fashion. I will give any advice about the area, and help when needed. All you have to do is ask.
