3 minute walk from Earl's Court Tube Station. There is paid parking less than 10 mins walk away called “Your Parking Space Hotel Lil Care Park” and there is driveway parking that is less than £40 a day, which is around 2 miles away from the apartment
If you require an early check-in (before 3pm) or a late check-in (after 9pm) this will need to be approved by us & if so, it will require a £30 out-of-hours fee to arrange. If you require luggage drop-off, this will need to be approved by us & if so, it will require a £25 secure-luggage-store fee.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver.
We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy on the premises. If any evidence suggesting a violation of this rule is found, such as the smell of smoke, ashes, or cigarette butts, we retain the complete authority to impose a minimum charge of £250 as a smoking fee.
Please note that parties, large gatherings, loud noises, and the presence of outside guests are strictly prohibited. If we receive substantial evidence of such activities, we maintain the right to cancel your stay immediately, without providing a refund. Additionally, we may engage a security team to facilitate your eviction, with any associated costs being charged to you. Local authorities may also be involved if necessary.
1. Cleanliness: guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive/deep cleaning (e.g. Mouldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets etc). Cleaning fees are set by us to only cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations.
We ask guests to put used kitchenware into the dishwasher before they check-out.
2. Damage: where guests cause damage that is beyond the normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage asap. Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests of reimbursement if they are responsible for the damage or for unexpected cleaning costs.
3. NO SMOKING (no tobacco, e-cigarettes, cannabis etc) and NO DISRUPTIVE GATHERINGS/PARTIES. If you are caught doing this, you will be fined.
4. Check-in time: guests should respect their Host's check-in window. If you believe there might be delays, then you must inform the Host which should be approved by the host.
5. Check-out time: guests should check-out no later than 11am. If you leave later than 11am without the Host's approval, you will be fined an appropriate amount.
You must return the key to our porter. You must not leave belongings at the property no later than 11am. If you do, you must inform the Host or our porter first.
6. NO PETS WHATSOEVER (service animals are not allowed either).
7. Noise: guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with disruptive level of noise (e.g. loud music, shouting, slamming doors etc)
8. NO COMMERCIAL FILM OR PHOTOGRAPHY: guests should not participate in film or photography that is intended for commercial use or profit, without documented permission from the Host.
