If you like your location central, your furnishings top spec, and your home presented in a chic and modern style, you're in for a treat. Because here's a 3 bed maisonette that's designed to surprise and delight. With a high quality finish throughout, the home's many highlights include three beautifully presented bedrooms and not one but two private terraces that give you the chance to sit back, relax and gaze over the rooftops of west London.
OPEN PLAN LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA
A whole floor of this maisonette is reserved for this bright and attractive multi-purpose space that's bound to become the most popular area of the house. There's a sofa, two armchairs, dining table and chairs all offering places to sit and relax, with big windows allowing a lot of natural light to filter in. Gather here to watch the flat screen TV, maybe play card or board games at the table, or get some work done. Of course, you can sit and eat the food you've prepared in the modern kitchen which, like the rest of this home, is an attractive space. It's full of high spec appliances to make preparing snacks and meals a real pleasure (on those occasions you choose to eat in rather than out at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the local area).
3 BEDROOMS
A room with a superkingsize, a second bedroom with a kingsize and the third a twin make this maisonette a great choice for friends, colleagues or clients needing a place with executive style in a convenient London location. The bedrooms are split across two floors, with the superkingfsize featuring its own ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower overhead. The kingsize bedroom has access to a private terrace that wraps around half of the room. Please note that the stairs used to access this bedroom are not suitable for the very young or very old. Last but not least, the third bedroom - a twin - features comfortable beds, quality bedding and plenty of storage space, just like the other bedrooms.
3 BATHROOMS
Between them, these bathrooms will offer you the choice of a bath tub with shower overhead and two showers. That should be enough to let all guests freshen up the way they want to, and enough space to ensure there aren't any delays when everyone's getting ready to go out for the day or night.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Having one outside space is pretty rare in this part of London. Stay here and you'll have two. One a private terrace that wraps around half of one of the three beautiful bedrooms, the second a large roof terrace that extends the length and width of the property. Both glorious places in which to experience the wonders of London, perhaps with a coffee in hand first thing in the morning and maybe something a little stronger in the evening.
THE LOCAL AREA
On those occasions you can bear to leave your beautiful home-from-home, you'll discover just what an exciting and convenient area of London this maisonette is located in. It's just off the Fulham Road, in an attractive residential street that illustrates why Chelsea has such a glamorous reputation. Earl's Court is right on your doorstep, so too the bars, shops and restaurants of Fulham Broadway.
In London for a match or corporate event at Stamford Bridge, the home of Chelsea FC? The stadium is just a couple of minutes walk away. So too the King's Road, which is still a major draw for visitors thanks to its history and the quality of its boutiques and eateries.
If you need to stay in London to be near someone having treatment at one of West London's hospitals, this home is ideally located to make it easy to reach the Chelsea & Westminster hospital, the Royal Marsden and the Royal Brompton.
London's museum zone - where you'll find the Science Museum, Natural History museum and others is also easily accessed from the maisonette.
GETTING AROUND
This 3 bed maisonette is located in an area that's well served by buses, and is a short walk from two major stations. The first, Earl's Court, is served by the District and Piccadilly lines on the London Underground. That means you can get to Wimbledon, Harrods in Knightsbridge, Hyde Park (for Winter Wonderland and summer concerts) and Piccadilly using direct services.
The second station, West Brompton, is also on the District Line, but has the added bonus of London Overground connections to plenty of places including Clapham Junction (change here for Gatwick Airport, Brighton, Canterbury and Hastings) and other popular London destinations such as Kensington Olympia, Wembley Stadium and Stratford for the Olympic Stadium (now the home of West Ham United FC).Arms which can be your local pub whilst staying in town.
