Unique stylish and stunning 2 bed 2 bath apartment with far reaching views of the sea and mountains. Close to the beautiful town center of Alvor Village and mintues away from the local super market - Pingo Doce.
The space
This penthouse apartment is located on the second floor with lift access. It has stunning views both from the lounge terrace and the solarium, which is equipped with 2 loungers for relaxing.
It is decorated with a modern contemporary feel throughout.
The bedrooms are arranged, with the master having a double and the second bedroom with 2 single beds which can be rearranged into a double bed configuration.
There are 2 modern bathrooms. The on suite to the master bedroom has a bath and shower configuration, while the second bathroom has a walk-in shower.
There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with electric hob, fridge freezer, dish washer, microware and washing machine. There is ample cutlery and crockery for guests to use.
The kitchen also boasts a breakfast bar with stunning view of the harbour and Lagos in the distance.
Alvor city centre with its many shops and restaurants is a 5-minute stroll and the local super market is minutes away. The beach is a 12 minute walk through Alvor and has a 5 mile board walk where you can enjoy the nature beauty reserve, the estuary or the beach. There are many restaurants to enjoy long the beach front.
