HOWEVER, WE ARE ALSO AWARE THAT THE SAFETY AND THE WELL-BEING OF OUR CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES ALIKE ARE OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE. WE HAVE INVESTED IN TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS MORE RIGOROUS PROTOCOLS TO ENSURE THAT ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE COMPLETELY SAFE, WE HAVE INDEED IMPLEMENTED ALL THE CLEANING AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS OUTLINED BY MTA AND THE HEALTH AUTHORITIES.

A truly unique and unbeatable location!

Set in the most central part of Tigne area, overlooking the majestic fortress City of Valletta. This 2-bedroom apartment is ideal for those who are after a sunny and relax holiday. The apartment is set in a quiet residential street located on the 2nd floor served with lift. The apartment comes along with a very bright and sunny open plan kitchen/living area leading to a sunny balcony ideal for sunbathing or for fresco nights in the eve. The parquetted flooring throughout the whole apartment adds the note of added comfort during one’s stay.

The view from this apartment is spectacular. The promenade is just across the road making it ideal for those after a car free holiday, the bus stop and Sliema Ferries are just few minutes walk.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both come fully air conditioned with a back box room with washing machine. It has also one family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all the needs one would need for an easy cook out meal.

This apartment is centrally located making it ideal for a budgeted holiday with style, not only the prices are unbeatable but their location makes it ideal for all those guests who are after sea views. A parking space is also available for rent but it is not included in the quoted rent. It comes at an extra charge of 10euro a night and it is a parking space in a residential parking lot next door to the apartment.

Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants.

Sliema is a major tourism spot on the northeastern coast of the beautiful island of Malta. Visitors here will find an abundance of relaxing holiday activities available, as well as restaurants, shopping and nightlife. In recent years the town has experienced significant growth, with modern villas and apartments.

Visitors can therefore enjoy fine shopping and dining as part of their stay here. There is also plentiful opportunity for relaxing beach activities such as an idyllic cruse, or water sports such as snorkeling and diving.
It is quite impossible to list down all the details about every tourist spot and every activity to do in Malta. Malta may be a smaller country of Europe, but it is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the world. From the language, to archaeological and historical paces, there are lots of places to visit which are thousands of years old. Malta is a stunning place of natural beauty and also one of the most agreeable climates in the Mediterranean. The climate in Malta is hot and dry in summer, with adequate rainfall, warm autumns, and cool winters (without frost or snow).

For those who want to get away from the busy life in the city to get lazy on the warm sand all day long without doing anything but relaxing, Malta is one recommended tourist attraction. You can laze in the sun on the sandy beaches in the morning and go out at night at a bar or disco until the wee hours in morning. You can go visit historical places and learn about the culture of the Maltese people. This one little island may be small in size, but it’s full of many artistic treasures!

Tigné in fact makes a part of Sliema and is exactly opposite our capital city Valletta. It is situated in a peninsula, situated at the Eastern tip of Sliema, Malta's most fashionable residential town. It enjoys a unique location just across the water from the baroque capital city Valletta, less than half an hour from Malta's international airport. The project is of a mixed-use, pedestrianised development, comprising some 400 luxury residential units, health and leisure facilities and a central open Piazza offering a number of cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Leading off the Piazza is ‘The Point’, Malta’s largest retail mall.

A Bus Stop is close by, only a few metres away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity.

For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.

Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below:
- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment
- 300KWh- for villas
We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.

Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price will NOT be inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. On check in a payment of 70euro for utility start up will be requested. If not used the difference will be refunded if used more though, the difference will have to be paid for.

Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.

Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested

Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Spectacular view but …. Not for people with mold sensitivities or arthritis

While the apartment does indeed have the most spectacular view over Valetta, unfortunately it is in an old building that is filled with mold. If you have allergies or are vulnerable to mold, this is not the place to stay. I am asthmatic and sensitive to mold, so was wheezing and coughing after the night. We left after one night. It was a very expensive night! We lost all the money for our week’s reservation. And, of course, had to arrange last minute alternative accommodations. The agent replied promptly and politely to the notification that we were leaving “the apartment was checked a few days before your arrival and no mold was reported because otherwise, they would have cleaned it immediately. I would appreciate if you could send me photos where the mold has formed to verify and take it up with the persons responsible” I did send some photos but noted that the mold was in the walls; I asked if he had personally visited this unit. The agent didn’t reply to this or any other emails. In light of the health concerns, I had been hoping for the gesture of a partial refund. There were other challenges with the building, but we may have accepted them because of the view and location. Issues included, inaccurate or incomplete instructions (entry access, tv), incomplete reno (toilets not bolted therefore wobbly), egress door without handle or lever (impossible for arthritic fingers)
