Villa Mar & Sol is a charming 4-bedroom house, located in Vale Navio, a tranquil area just a few minutes' drive from Albufeira's centre. With a fantastic heated pool (optional extra), outdoor barbecue, and beautiful gardens overlooking the countryside, it is the perfect location for those seeking relaxation, with easy access to the city and beach.



With free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, the villa offers private parking. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor: a large master bedroom with 2 wardrobes, living area and private bathroom, and two double rooms with built-in wardrobes. On the first floor, the additional room has a double bed, private bathroom and wonderful views.



The social areas include two spacious rooms: one with a fireplace and another with comfortable sofas and Full HD TV. The well-lit kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and a breakfast table with a view.



The exterior is an oasis, with a stone barbecue, outdoor dining table and a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing. The villa is a 10-minute drive from Albufeira's centre, beaches and vibrant local life.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 100 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
