Our dedicated mission to environmental responsibility is a testament to this commitment.Villa Crisandra is a magnificent house located in a tranquil area of Albufeira, a short distance from all amenities and the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve.This spacious property accommodates 10+5 people, with 4 bedrooms: one with 2 bunk beds (with private bathroom), one with 2 single beds (with private bathroom) and two with 2 single beds each. It also has an additional bathroom with shower.The spacious living room is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, perfect for moments of relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals. The villa also offers air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and international satellite channels.Outside, you will find a large heatable swimming pool (optional extra), sun loungers and three tables with chairs, ideal for leisure moments. The portable barbecue complements the space, perfect for outdoor meals.Parking is available at the entrance of the property.The centre of Albufeira is just a 15-minute walk away, where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. The Oura Street (Oura Strip), with its vibrant nightlife, and the Historic Centre of Albufeira are also must-visit locations.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.From the 11th to the 15th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
