The large blue-illuminated swimming pool and Jacuzzi inside are the highlight of Villa Magnolina. 4 bedrooms, a large hall, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. At the villa, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, which will create comfort and coziness during your vacation. Within walking distance of a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and two sandy beaches of Coral bay.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged at âŹ0.40 per kWh based on actual usage.
- Meter readings are taken before check-in and after check-out. Guests may also take their own readings for reference.
- Payment can be made in cash before check-out or online (+3% transaction fee).

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors but allowed in designated outdoor areas.

- Do not leave trash inside or in loose garbage bags.
