Ligger på en liten privat vägutveckling, är det också bara en 3-4 minuters promenad till centrum av Coral Bay som har en samling av affärer, stormarknader, barer, restauranger, gatukaféer och nattlivs catering för alla smaker.

Villa Sofia är perfekt för en grupp eller familj och har alla bekvämligheter som krävs för den perfekta villan. Villan är utrustad med luftkonditionering, wifi, satellit-tv och ett vackert utformat utomhusområde med privat pool och olika utomhus- och avkopplande områden.

En bil är inte nödvändig eftersom de flesta bekvämligheter och många attraktioner erbjuds inom gångavstånd. De längre bort serveras av en utmärkt modern luftkonditionerad busstrafik.

Villa Sofia har möblerats till hög standard och har en stor, rymlig interiör. Ingången till villan leder genom ett hallområde till en mycket stor lounge (TV, stereo och DVD) och sittgrupp i ett öppet arrangemang med matsalen inställd på en sida för att äta inomhus. Köket finns till höger om entrén och har stora skjutdörrar som leder ut till en uteplats där det finns den första av tre sittplatser utomhus. Köket har kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. En stor promenad i w / c finns också under trappan där det finns en tvättmaskin.

Trappan leder till första våningen där de 3 sovrummen finns. Det stora sovrummet är en dubbel med badrum och duschkabin för de varma sommardagarna. Den har en balkong med utsikt över poolområdet och erbjuder utsikt över bergen och delvis hav. De andra sovrummen är ett tvåbäddsrum som också ger tillgång till den övre balkongen. Sovrum 3 omfattar två uppsättningar våningssängar i full storlek för upp till 4 personer. Det finns också ett familjebadrum på övervåningen.

Utsidan av villan har anlagda trädgårdar med citron- och lindträd och en privat pool. Loungen och matsalen har vardera stora skjutdörrar som leder ut på en skuggad uteplats med sittplatser som vetter mot poolen. På baksidan av villan ligger ett vackert Pergola-område längs BBQ som ger perfekt skugga från middagssolen samtidigt som den fungerar som en fantastisk miljö för långa uteserveringar.

Villan har också ett brett utbud av filmer tillgängliga via TV-paketet och har ett urval av över 70 DVD-skivor som sträcker sig från barnklassiker till familjefilmer. Det finns också ett urval av böcker, spel och pussel som hjälper dig att njuta av din vistelse.

Excellent Location

Beautiful well looked after villa Perfect location Short walk to beach and all restaurants and humungous supermarket which sells everything - literally! Kitchen very well stocked with everything needed to cook Nice welcome bits in the fridge too - lovely surprise and saves the dash to the supermarket for essentials! Immediate response from owners to queries. Highly recommended and hope to visit again

Perfect Family villa

Villa Sofia is just lovely we had 5 of us stay , myself my partner 2 x 18yr olds and 1 x 15 yr old, its has everything you need in the perfect location too, The villa is Immaculate, the pool is just perfect for those hot days, bbq area and outside area just perfect, all rooms very good sizes and the air con was just lovely as it was very hot, The are is in the perfect location, plenty of restaurants and near all.bus locations to the beaches,water parks and paphos old town amd harbour Overall just perfect for familys for all ages , Will definitely recommend and be returning for sure xd

Fantastic villa

This was our fourth time in coral bay and the best villa we have stayed in. It was clean, well equipped with the best outside eating area. The kids loved the pool and everything in coral bay was within walking distance. Would definitely return to this villa again.

Fantastic villa

The villa was lovely with lots of different areas to sit during the day. There was always some shade. It was very clean and extremely well equipped so we were able to eat in comfortably on some evenings. However there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance so we did eat out most of the time. A supermarket is also very close, Communication with John and Natalie was excellent and they along with Carrie were so helpful when we had any queries. It was wonderful holiday and we would all happily return.

Perfect Location

If you want to book a property in a perfect location for Coral Bay this is it .A short walk to all the bars and restaurants yet in a very quite location .The villa had everything you need including a excellent welcome hamper .The property manager James was always at hand ,extremely helpful and a really nice guy .All in all the villa gave all the ingredients for a perfect holiday .

Excellent Villa

This is a really excellent villa. Great location just 5 minutes walk to restaurants/bars and 10 minutes to the main supermarket, but in a really quiet road. Villa was clean and really well equipped, had everything you need. Service and communication from Natalie & John was also excellent. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay in a lovely Villa

Just returned from a wonderful 9 nights with the family (4 adults) in Natalie and John’s lovely Villa in Coral Bay. The 3 bedroom Villa is lovely and spacious with all the amenities needed for a relaxed stay. The pool is a lovely size and definitely needed during such a hot and humid month (August). Natalie and John were always contactable and quick to reply to any questions, but hardly needed as the Villa instructions were clear. The location of the Villa is great, with shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Coral Bay beach is also walkable, but would be challenging in the heat! Despite being so close to amenities, the Villa is in a quiet area among similar Villas. We had a car, but one is not required with regular bus services to the beaches and into Paphos. Would highly recommend this Villa. Thanks Natalie and John for a lovely stay!

Long weekwnd of luxury

This property allowed us to unwind in a little bit of luxury. Property very clean, and well furnished and equipped. Garden nice and private, pool perfect for keeping cool during this heatwave. Location easy for walking to local facilities, restaurants etc, and a short drive to Paphos. Interactions with owner through booking, access etc friendly, welcoming and professional throughout. Yes i would book with them again.

Could not be better

Lovely spacious and modern villa. Looks newly updated and clean throughout. Lovely pool and outdoor area. UK TV channels were a bonus for the Euro 2024 footbball, although all the bars on the adjacent 'strip' had matches and entertainment too. The location is a 2min (maximum) walk to the strip and really makes this a perfect mix of the privacy of a villa but still being in the centre of the buzz. The owners were excellent in communication and flexibility. The welcome pack was really appreciated UK standard plug sockets in Cyprus an unexpected bonus. I would definitely recommend this villa and the owners, and really hope to come back soon. Thanks

Wonderful break in lovely, well equipped villa!

Perfect stay in this gorgeous villa! Booking and communication was great: especially as mine was a last minute booking; really helpful and friendly. Villa, pool and garden all really lovely with everything you need and everything was very clean and tidy. The welcome pack was a nice surprise and complimentary pool towels much appreciated. Peaceful location; only a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Two great beaches only 5 mins by bus with fresh water showers and beach bars. Thank you so much for a refreshing and relaxing stay: I’ll be back soon with the rest of the family!

Great villa for our holiday

Villa Sofia is situated on a private road just a few minutes walk from the main Coral Bay strip, where lots of shops and restaurants can be found. The villa is very well equipped for your holiday and we appreciated the welcome pack which meant we didn’t need to visit the supermarket until the following morning. Unfortunately, we had a slight issue on the first evening and after a quick message, Natalie arranged for Rob the gardener/pool man, to pop round to sort a temporary fix. Carrie and her team resolved the issue the following morning. I did have cause to contact Carrie a couple of times and she dealt with my enquiries very promptly; she also came to change the towels and bedding after our first week. There is a nice pool in the lovely outdoor area that has lots of various seating areas and a BBQ. The water was very cold our first week but was more user friendly the second week. There is a large, very well stocked supermarket, Phillipos, a few minutes drive away. If you don’t have a car they can deliver to your villa for you. Natalie and John, the owners, were very accommodating and all communications were clear and friendly. Would love to visit again next year.

Great villa in good location

Everything is here for a great holiday. The villa is well located on a small estate a short distance from Coral bay strip. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars plus shops on the strip. There’s a decent supermarket called Phillipos 10 mins away. The strip comes to life every night or you can find a quiet bar just off the strip. Traffic on the strip is busy at times with a regular bus (No 615) every15 mins (1.5 euro) going to Paphos with bus stops along the strip. I hear the strip is due to be pedestrianised next year which will be a lot safer. The villa has everything you need, the pool is an adult pool, not heated but is very welcome on a hot day. Admin is very good, Rob the pool attendant and gardener lives just over road and is very helpful plus Carrie, the manager is always available on phone and visits with clean linen after a week. The owners were also very helpful and accommodating. We played 3 games of golf whilst in Cyprus and we were well impressed with the courses, we hired a car (recommended if you intend to go sightseeing) which was not expensive but ensure it has air-con that works) Our thanks to the above people and the local friendly bars for making our holiday so good.

Villa trip 2023

Over all the villa reached our expectations, but there were a few things we were a little Dissapointed with, the main reasons we chose John & Natalie’s place was location a short walk to shops bars and beach also in the photos it showed a lot of shaded areas which was ideal as we had young children ( grandson 22 months and 6 yr old) sadly as we learnt from the owners the Pergoda trees and foliage had to be cut down as the previous management had not maintained it and it was too heavy for the pergoda. Sails were there which were ok just not as pretty, I would say that at any point there was a problem it was always deal with within a day or so. The high chair broke again this was replaced the next day this was due to sun damage it had gone brittle and snapped, I had notyced one of the sun beds too was split and cracked in our 2nd day, this did break before we left and we reported this to the owners before we left. The villa is well equipped and had everything we needed it’s in a quite spot out the way which is lovely, would he nice if there were street lights coming down the slope to the villa an elderly person could fall but this is nothing to do with the villa just a point I wanted to make. We did have an issue with having a young child there as there are stairs and the gate was not wide enough for the top stair meaning we had to shut the door constantly in the bedroom door whilst upstairs, managed to find a stair gate under the bunk beds for the bottom of the stairs

Wonderful Villa

Unser Urlaub war fantastisch hier! Die Villa hat alles was man braucht, um toll zu entspannen. Pool, Palmen, gemütliche Möblierung, große Küche und 3 Bäder! Die Betten sind einfach, wir haben aber gut geschlafen. Morgens hört man etwas den Lärm der Küstenstraße, aber wenn man dann die Fenster schließt ist es okay. An fast allen Fenstern waren Moskitonetze. War gut, aber ein paar fiese Biester waren dennoch drin. Wir empfehlen Mückenstecker und Creme für die Stiche. Wir waren schon mehrfach in der Gegend und lieben die Kneipenstrasse von Coral Bay, die nahegelegenen Strände (z.B. Corallia Beach) und natürlich das Restaurant SEA YOU an der Küstenstraße. Traumhaftes Flair für Cocktails zum Sonnenuntergang. Ein weiterer Grund hier her zu kommen ist der Philippos Supermarkt. Hat alles was man braucht - vom Gemüse über eigene Bäckerei, Fisch-/Fleischtheke und natürlich Oliven, Feta, Tzaziki!!! Was haben wir geschlemmt und sehr tolle Spieße gegrillt. Für uns rundum perfekt Wir danken FeWo und den Besitzern für gute Infos und schnelle Beantwortung kleiner Fragen.

Great location

We come to coral bay every and stay in villas this isnt one of the best. On the 1st day there was hundreds of ants in the main bedroom crawling up wall to air con. My husband and I slept in the single bed the following night but they were there rest of the holiday. The shower near the pool was awful if you insist on people showering before going in the pool needs to be showerable. The outside chairs near doors was filthy we never even sat on them all holiday the pool had a yellow rim round. For a luxury villa it really needs updating because the area is beautiful and this villa has a lot of potential

Terrible experience I would not recommend

We arrived to find a filthy outside area it was covered in tree debris (looked like weeks worth) the eating area was worn and filthy ( we had to clean the table which was black with dirt before using) we contacted the owners and James arrived who hosed the debris into the shower ( no sweeping involved) and cut back the bushes which he described as “Rustic”. The pool liner has a thick yellow grease line all the way round the top of the water level not lovely and clean as the pictures show in this advert. Then to top the issue the owner charges £240 for two extra guests to stay as they had previously advised there would only be “a small laundry charge”. - For two extra towels and two bedsheets to be washed ( the towels we washed and hung out on the airer when we left) We could not use the air con in lounge as it only blew out as a fan (no cold air even when on 16 degrees) and oven we could not use as hard to get working and James did not know how to use it either so feel we saved electricity on these items if my daughter used some in the bedroom. The owner then called me a liar that the guests were last minute ( due to extra bank holiday for the queen my daughter started uni later than expected so booked two days prior to me arriving and came in on different flights so that she could come to family wedding) even though I had advised her that my children may come when I booked this villa months before. To finalise the owner then misused the damage wavier policy to take the money without my permission from my card. Such a shame as this villa has potential to be fabulous! It is run down and not the top end furnishings as described! So I would stay clear if you like a good service - we use VRBO every year and this is the worst service we have ever had.

We have owned Villa Sofia for 10 years now and go to the villa ourselves for our holidays at least once a year. We have 4 children aged between 16 and 8 who all love their time at the villa. We have tried to kit the villa out with everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday and most people that stay at the villa comment on how homely and relaxed the villa is.

We always wanted a holiday home in the sun and Cyprus was our number one choice of destination. With its almost 10 months of sunshine every year, beautiful beaches and amazing cuisine we love coming back year after year.

We bought Villa Sofia because its location was just perfect. A few minutes walk to restaurants and within 10 minutes of the beaches. With 4 boys we are able to relax very quickly once we arrive and have everything within a hands reach.
