This a stunning 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom (plus 2 half) villa with large S/W facing pool and amazing.lake views. Cumbrian Lakes is a well maintained gated community located less that 20 minutes from Disney and everything else you could need!

The spacious outdoor pool area is not overlooked and offers plenty of opportunity to soak up the sun all day long and enjoy the views of the lake and wildlife. The covered lanai provides plenty of shade and comfort for watching the sun set behid the illuminated fountain.

Florida with friends

The property is in very good condition, well cared for and is a lovely home from home. It was immaculate when we arrived and had all the amenities you could want.The pool area is great as is the pool it's self.The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac and close to all attractions.

Fabulous stay

A lovely big house in a great quiet location. As soon as we arrived and looked up the cul de sac where the house was, we knew then it was going to be a lovely place to stay. The house was spotless and clean, pool deck area was fab. Spectrum WiFi and tv channels great. Not too far from the parks and the shops and restaurants along the 192, Walmart less than five minutes away. Great communication with John the owner in the UK via WhatsApp and always on hand to answer any questions. We shall definitely be booking again and highly recommended this house to stay in Kissimmee.

Simply fantastic villa

This was our 3rd villa around Orlando area. This time our focus was Disney and after much research on different platforms, we went with this property. Our priorities were proximity to Disney (about 20-25 min avoiding I4 traffic and toll roads) and a quiet neighbourhood and sunny pool deck. Gary's place delivered this and so much more. A very peaceful, gated development. So much space that our family of four rattled about under-using the villa (not a great hardship). This was also partly because the pool area was sunny from just after sunrise to sunset (in October). The views over the pond and fountain are fantastic, we were visited by plenty birdlife and even an alligator on our last two days (very docile and just glided about)! The house itself is beautiful, fairly contemporary and had everything you'd need and expect, plus some. Our only suggestion would be to get better bed linen. All in all, a wonderful villa and we'd highly recommend it - you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful home for family getaway

We stayed at this home for 2 months. Our experience was excellent and Gary was just a phone call away if we had any questions. He was most helpful. This home has the best views of the pond and the most sunlight deck times in the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets to be seen every night pool side. Home was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Everything worked perfectly. Neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe. I would Highly recommend this home.

Family Christmas Vacation

The house was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. There were 7 adults and plenty of room to play games at the dining room table or on the lanai. It is close to shopping and parks.The pool was nice and clean. Gary was always quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay again.

worst stay ever

Not good. Old and in need of many updates. Pool is not heated as advertised. Didn't have hot water until next day of arrival. No Wifi until three days after arrival. Host shows up three days after arrival unannounced to clean pool. I felt like he was spying on us. Would not have booked if pool was unheated. Could not even brave it to get in. I will NEVER book with vrbo again.

Best House in the Neighborhood/ close to Disney

Wonderful stay, the house is better than the pictures. Cleanest rental house we’ve ever stayed at! Lots of space & bedrooms. Excellent views. If it’s not super hot weather consider buying the heated pool option- the water is really cold in April but we toughed it out! The only constructive criticism is the quality of mattresses- they definitely need replacing or really thick foam toppers. Other than that- it was a beautiful stay, great location, the hosts were so kind- and definitely stick around for a sunset or two- the views are spectacular!! Thank you again for opening your home!

Nice property!

We have stayed at 6 different cumbrian lakes properties. These 5 bed room, 2 story models are really nice. This one was one of the cleanest. Common area furniture was high quality. Pool area was great with a perfect view of the fountain and sunset. Gets wonderful sun pretty much all day. Owner was highly responsive.

Perfect in every way 💖

What can i say ?? The villa is stunning, has everything you need down to needle and cotton, i have stayed in plenty of homes through the years of visiting florida and this is at the top end of villas, my children loved it, we are looking to come back to the villa in august this year, got home saturday and while i was there i was looking to extend had the villa been available, wish now i had not came home, the villa is immaculate, nothing i could say bad, Gary is great popped in to greet us, no issues at all, see you shortly and thanks Highly recommend this home

14th Florida Escape

We have been to Florida many times and have stayed in several locations in Orlando. We can say that this house was the best we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and well presented with everything we could need. It was the closest to Disney we have ever been and that certainly enhanced our stay. We requested to have the pool heated during our stay and Gary's team were at the house within one hour of the request being raised. Exceptional service. We WILL be back next year. Fabulous, spacious villa on a quiet gated complex.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is really spacious and immaculately clean. It is well equipped with lots of little extras and felt really homely. The pool was lovely after a busy day at the parks. The villa is well located, approximately a half hour drive from the various parks. Numerous restaurants were within a 10-15 minute drive. Communication with the rental company was very good. Would happily recommended to others! Thanks for a great stay!

I'm John and my wife is Barbara and we are based in the UK. We bought the property from new in 2003 and chose it as it had the most wonderful view onto the lake. Our 5 children loved the spacious house and the great pool. They still do with our Grandkids.

Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful, tranquil location. Plenty of lakes and surrounded by woodland yet close to Disney and all the very many recreational facilities.

This property is in a quiet cul-de-sac hidden away at the far end of Cumbrian Lakes with a spectacular south westerly view onto the lake at the rear of the property. Great for sitting under the lanai overlooking the pool and illuminated fountain and watching the sun set over the horizon.
