Lovely villa in ideal location. Wildlife close by around the lake and the sunset is beautiful. A few minutes fron the 192. Close to Old Town, disney parks and universal. Cesar is very responsive and kindly gave us a later check out time which helped us make the most of our last day. Thank you Cesar, we had a fab time.

This is a great place to stay. Family friendly. Loved the pool and space. Plenty of chairs outside. Lots of lounging inside. We brought 6, 4 teens and 2 adults !! Everyone had a wonderful time. Close to parks, shopping, food, and adventures. Beautiful evening sunsets and much needed family time!! Would come again for sure!!

The photos don’t do this villa justice it’s bigger than we expected and was perfect for our family to spread out, this would also suit two family’s to spend quality time together, we loved the pool and Cesar was quick to reply with any questions we had, perfect location for the parks , lovely quiet road , we will definitely be planning our next trip in the not so distant future, thanks Cesar .

This was a great place to stay! After spending all day at the theme parks it was nice to come back and relax in the pool. The beds were comfortable, the house is very spacious and a great place to stay. We were minutes from anything you could need on your stay and only about 30 minutes from Universal mostly due to traffic and construction. It was only about 15 miles from the park. Communication was also very good and instructions were clear.

Lovely holiday at this lovely villa. The pool/lanai door wouldn’t shut so we did have leaves and insects in the pool when we arrived, but as soon as I messaged the owner it was sorted. Also only two sun beds and no kettle, which again Cesar sorted promptly and ordered new ones.The villa was clean and comfortable and in a great location, off S Poinciana Boulevard. 20 minute drive to the parks, very convenient for Walmarts and all the other shops along the 192, as well as the malls on the I4.Great value for money, and I would recommend it

We have just returned home to the UK after an 18 night stay at Magic Sunset, we’ve been fortunate enough to go to Florida for the last few years for our summer holidays and we’ve even stopped on the same estate a couple of times in a different house but this property as definitely become our favourite. The property is perfect, it is really clean and very spacious ( much more than the pictures show it )with lots of amenities in the property to make an home from home whilst on vacation.The pool area is fantastic, it gets the sun all day long and the sunset views were amazing!The estate itself is brilliant so easy to get to all the main supermarkets within 5-10 minutes maximum, easy access to all of the parks Disney in 20 mins and SeaWorld/universal in 30 mins or so.We are just one family unit of 3 but with the four bedrooms and 3 of them with double beds and the fourth with 2 singles you could easily use this villa as two small families visiting together.We contacted the hosts a couple of times before our arrival and they were brilliant answering our questions, we had a typical Florida August storm which caused some damage to the pool covering, I contacted the hosts immediately on noticing it the next morning and they had someone out to fix it the same day with no fuss at all.I genuinely would recommend this property to everyone I know who’s going to Florida.Thanks for allowing us to stay and we plan to come back in the future!!

We really enjoyed the pool, but you have to pay for the heated part. We loved this home away from home and plan to stay again in the future. The owners were very nice and we didn’t have any issues with anything. They are very nice and I highly recommend this house.

Stay here if visiting the major parks! The location and ease of driving to Disney and Epic was fantastic! I’ve stayed in the Four Corners area for many years, but ventured out to this side of town and I’m so happy we made the switch. There were so many different ways to get to and from the attractions. Best part, we could park in the garage. I have never stayed at a VRBO that allowed you to park in the garage.The house was a great launching pad. Rooms were well sized for our family of four (some adult children didn’t make this trip this time). The house was well maintained and the pool was relaxing as we overlooked the lake. I can tell it’s not a neglected property even though this last cleaning may have been rushed as I did notice a few minor missed areas that I quickly cleaned up.There were plenty of towels and sheets and the kitchen looked well stocked (we did not cook). I also loved that there was a hot water kettle for making tea.We enjoyed our stay, and would also recommend these relatively close restaurants (15-20 mins) KeKe’s for breakfast, Big John’s Rocking BBQ, and Uno Pizzeria.

Made a good home base for visiting the theme parks. Didn't spend a bunch of time on property, but did utilize the pool out back under the lanai. Well kept and enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean. Definitely recommend.
