We are currently offering a discounted price due to a construction site in front of the building. Please note that there may be noise at intervals of two hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay comfortable.

This apartment was exceptionally cheap despite the construction site being opposite the building. Please note that there may be noise at intervals of 2 hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. due to the construction site. To ensure you know this, please quote "NOISE" when booking.


THE SPACE:
- The apartment features a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances, including a toaster, microwave, kettle, stove, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine/tumble dryer.
- The apartment also boasts a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a dining table, and a desk. The bathroom has a nice shower, and the TV connects to Disney+.
- Additionally, please be aware that the apartment is located at the back of another building and requires climbing 25 steps to access the main building, exiting the patio, and climbing 12 more steps to reach the flat.

We are committed to maintaining our high standards to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience. Rest assured, the apartment is extremely quiet at night since the bedrooms face a back road.
