The space
We are proud to represent this Studio flat located in the heart of Marble Arch.

The property consists of 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. The property can accommodate up to 4 people!

Essentials such as Iron, Iron Board, Hair Dryer, Fresh Bedding & Towels are also all provided.

The apartment is a great choice for a comfortable short stay in One of London’s best locations.

Please note that the lift inside the building is currently under maintenance. The flat is located on the 7th floor of the building.

The property is ideally located in Upper Berkeley Street giving access to Edgware Road, Paddington Station and Marble Arch Station.

Guest access
Check in is from 3pm- 5pm Monday-Friday, any check in after 5:30pm latest will subject to late check in fee. The late check in fees are as follows: 5:30pm to 9pm- ÂŁ50.00 which needs to be paid to the late check in agent in cash. 9:10pm to 12midnight- ÂŁ100 which needs to be paid to the late check in agent in cash. No payment no check-in.

If your check in is on a Saturday-Sunday or if you wish not to pay for the late check in agent you can pick up the keys at our key collection point which is located in one of our property which is in W2 near Paddington station for free. Please let us know your preference.


The property is is closely situated near Edgware Road Station providing close link to Central London and beyond!

The property is also very near to tesco and local restaurants.

I'll start with the good things. The apartment is beautiful located near Hyda park and is a nice walk from/to London Paddinton. The co-host, although not very responsive in the beginning, on the previous day of my arrival and on the day he was quickly responding to messages. The price is very good for the location. The not so good. The apartment, although cleaned before my arrival is missing a lot of simple things to make it better. There was no tea towels for dishes, no soap to wash hands or body. The bathroom was clean but because the shower curtain is barely hanging on and the drainage for the sink is slightly clogged it feels like it is not a looked after apartment, with a dirty feel to it. All the apartment is put together backwards, like the turning of the key to open the door or the cold and hot water to take a shower, which was not mentioned by the host, a simple message would have solved the problem. The not so good but it's not the hosts fault: The elevator is broken (and reading from the other comments, it has been for a while). Going up and down 7 flights of stairs might not be what you want if you have heavy bags. The 7th floor corridors stinks of cigarettes. On the last day of my stay a cockroach was walking in the apartment but I think it has to do with the building and not the apartment itself.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Host is very poor at communication told him I would arrive at 2pm. He sent his cleaning person finally at 3:15. He asks you to pay with 3rd party link. Then apt unit is on the 7th floor there is no elevator which he does not tell you about. Lugging an 80lb suitcase up 14 flights of stairs was not fun. Host also advertises wifi but there is none. Toilet doesnt properly flush. The front desk person is of no help or value no knowledge of the neighborhood ( Couldnt direct me to the underground) or about my stay - didnt know my host or what apartment I was in. This is by far the worst accommodation I have ever experienced in all my travels. Avoid this place at all costs.

Old, run down, dirty to name a few.The lift not working is a huge issue with the apartment on the 7th floor. The service lift can be used only with the help of the front door staff, (thankfully they were helpful), as NO key was provided for the service lift. Bathroom facilities are poor and unclean. Toilet does not flush properly. Kitchen had NO tea towel provided for drying dishes. The lounge was dreadfully stained, dirty. The cleaner that gets paid to clean this is on a great wicket as they do a very poor job! The location is the ONLY positive thing to stay here.

My friends and I spent the weekend at the flat and were severely disappointed. Upon arrival we were told that the location no longer allowed short term stays, so there was some confusion as to if we were even going to be allowed to stay, leaving us with no where to go. Once finally allowed into the flat, we discovered a dirty place and a broken shower and toilet and a broken couch/pullout bed. Very unhappy with the stay in the flat. We also had zero wifi and no heat in the flat Not to mention, the elevator was broken leaving us with several flights of stairs.

Great location and price, but needs a few minor upgrades.

The stay was quite nice, with great access to Hyde Park and some of the more touristy areas. It needed some upgrades, but was very much worth the price. When we visited the elevator/lift was out so it was a bit of a grunt to get the luggage up to the room. The room also had some poorly hung cabinet doors, a broken shower head, an upside-down painting, and a couple problematic looking space heaters. The couch also had some stains, but honestly at the price point these things were all minor. The hosts were communicative, the access was easy and secure, and it had everything we needed.
