Quieter part of Rome. Allows for a calming authentic experience. Great local restaurants and amenities that just blocks away. Our host was very communicative through the VRBO app

Nice stay in Rome

Simple and beautiful

This stay was in the perfect location, not too busy but close enough to the Vatican. Groceries across the street, great cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The area was quiet and beautiful, and the apartment was clean and quaint. I loved the vibes. The communication was good, and I would recommend this stay for other couples.

Great way to start tge New Year

Property was ckean and convenient to neighborhood cafes and markets. We felt safe and part of the community. Walking distance to parks, the Vatcan and many other sites The hot water was tempermental and only if you ran the shower.

Calm and in a great location

Appartment is located in a quiet area, very well situated, close to bus stops which allow you to get to the Coliseum and other sights. There are supermarkets nearby. The place was very clean. However the kitchen was missing some cookingware.

A pleasant location

The apartment is very close to St Pietro train station, within a few minutes walk to the Vatican, and for those who like walking, within walking distance of many destinations. Beatrice was a very kind hostess to let us check in a bit early since our flight arrived early, so we were able to do some sightseeing on the same day we arrived.

Perfect location for exploring

Check-in was easy. We were a short walk from a fantastic restaurant, Buona Forchetta. We ate dinner there every night we were in Rome. Pappagallo, a few minutes further, has excellent cappuccino, pastries, sandwiches. We began each morning with a stop there. The apartment is close to Vatican City and we chose to walk to visit the Vatican Museums as well as the Colosseum. Bring comfortable shoes!

Amazing time!

The house is awesome. The location is perfect. Nice restaurants close by. Supermarkets100 meters from it. The landlords, God, they were so lovely and very helpful. Their hospitality is more than exceptional. Yeah, we loved every moment we spent there. Gratitude!

Pleasant stay in a nice area

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The apartment is very spacious and has a lovely terrace to sit outside. It's in a fairly good location with everything you need close by and only about a 15 minute walk to St. Peter's square. It was easy to reach other attractions by bus. Check in was also very easy and communication was good. The only downsides were that it could have been better equipped (extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, and more kitchen supplies would have been helpful), and that the shower drained extremely slowly and spilled water onto the bathroom floor.

Peace and Quiet

We so enjoyed our time in the apartment. The neighborhood is lovely, complete with various markets and other places for shopping. All nearby within easy walking distance. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. The privacy of the enclosed terrace and first floor accessibility was greatly appreciated. We would most certainly be pleased to return to this most unusual apartment in Central Rome, a short half mile from Saint Peter's basilica. We highly recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet!

Short stay in Rome

The place is aged but clean. Nice little restaurants nearby and you can walk to the centre or take transport for a small cost. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on and the place needs upgrades if it’s pillows and mattresses. Overall, it is ok for a short stay. The host extended it stay for a day because of the strikes but that communication could have been managed better and in a more hospitable manner. It was unpleasant.

Nice little place!

This was a great little place to stay, while in Rome for a few days. The place was very clean and the host was very responsive, to all of my questions. There are a lot of stairs to go up or down to get to the place, but she was very detailed on how to get in. The place is very secure with its locking mechanism. It was within walking distance to everything that we were wanting to see. And those that were a little bit further, we were able to navigate the bus, tram, and train system at a very affordable cost. One of the train stations is a five minute walk from her place and very convenient because it was all downhill to get there. I would definitely look up her place again if we ever choose to visit Rome again.

It was ok

It was okay. I made a reservation for four people but there were not enough blankets and sheets out in the open; the host was then upset with us when we needed to find extra linens. More communication and better preparation would’ve made the experience much better.

Good location for St. Peter's

Small but clean apt near St. Peter's. Location was tricky to find as the entrance is from a long set of steps(RAMPA). Neighborhood wasn't the cleanest, but there were good restaurants nearby. In the apt,there were 2 bath towels, no kitchen towels or paper towels, no laundry detergent. Tried to communicate with host, but was unsuccessful. Beatrice did remove one day of the visitor charge, since we arrived one day later than scheduled, which was kind of her.

Beatrice's apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. The location just above San Pietro rail station and the beginning/end of the 64 bus was extremely convenient. The bus goes across Rome to Statzione Termini with stops near many landmarks for visitors. Parking was very workable near the foot of the ramp. Beatrice was very helpful and provided a most comfortable apartment. We did ask about extra blankets which were very much appreciated by those sleeping on the extremely comfortable fold out bed. The apartment was very clean and tidy. In warmer weather the outside table would have been delightful. Access to the aparment via lockbox worked perfectly for our early morning departure. Lovely place would definitely look to return if available on a future trip! Thank you.

Unschlagbar gĂŒnstiges Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis. Nette kleine Wohnung in Laufentfernung vom Vatikan mit kleinem Garten/Veranda. GrĂ¶ĂŸe ist ĂŒberschaubar, trotz Schlafcouch in der KĂŒche fĂŒr mehr als zwei Personen eher nicht geeignet. Vorsicht mit der Dusche! Wie schon mehrfach in den Rezensionen beschrieben, steht in Nullkommanichts alles zentimetertief unter Wasser, wenn man nicht aufpasst! Aber alles in allem sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Excelente ubicaciĂłn y lindo departamento.

Nos alojamos una amiga y yo. El departamento es muy cĂłmodo y bien ubicado. Cerca de la estaciĂłn de tren de San Pedro. Se puede ir caminando hasta el Vaticano.

Buena ubicaciĂłn y buen espacio para 4 personas

La ubicaciĂłn es buena y el espacio suficiente para 2 adultos y 2 niños. El Ășnico tema es que en la recamara principal, que ya con la cama extra para una de mis hijas ya queda el espacio muy reducido. Tuvimos un problema con la regadera dado que el agua se va para el lado contrario y se moja todo por fuera, llegando hasta fuera del baño. IntentĂ© resolverlo con Beatrice pero no atendiĂł el tema y se limitĂł a comentar que el baño ya lo habĂ­an limpiado (lo cual no se cuestionĂł nunca). Por lo demĂĄs, todo muy bien.

Appartement avec bon emplacement

L'emplacement de l'appartement est trÚs bon. Le bus est à 5 minutes. Il y a possibilité de garer un véhicule dans la rue à cÎté de l'appartement. La terrasse est agréable. Le canapé lit du séjour est un peu juste pour des enfants adolescents.

L’appartement est bien placĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces et des transports (bus Ă  cinq minutes Ă  pied pour accĂ©der au centre ville en 30 minutes sans changement). TrĂšs bonne communication : BĂ©atrice est trĂšs rĂ©active. Appartement un peu bruyant et manque d’équipement dans la cuisine, ce qui ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ©s puisque nous prenions nos repas en ville.
