- Boende endast för familjer. Gästerna måste vara tyst på natten medan de är i lägenheten. Vi accepterar INTE vistelser hos en grupp gäster under 21 år. o., som inte följer med vuxna (över 30 år.) -

Tillgänglighet - 3 våningar över gatunivå. Hiss

Lägenhetsbeskrivning - Ljus och vacker 3. 5 sovrum (som ett 4 sovrum, utom tillgång till ett av rummen är genom ett annat rum) med 2 badrum, ett med badkar, det andra med dusch, på 4: e våningen (med hiss). Denna lägenhet har en balkong med glas och en liten balkong utanför sovrummet. Dessutom har det fortfarande hundraåriga mosaikgolv (en annan design i alla rum), det ursprungliga träverket på dörrar och fönster och högt i tak.

Komplett kök inklusive ugn, mikrovågsugn och kylskåp i full storlek.

42 "platt-TV i vardagsrummet. DVD-spelare och DVD-samling.

För maximal komfort har denna lägenhet central luftkonditionering - och den har också central gasvärme.

Läge - Lägenheten ligger i den historiska delen av Eixample-området, på kort avstånd och halvvägs från templet Sagrada Familia och shopping i Passeig de Gracia.

Transport - Nära tunnelbanestationen Verdaguer (på gula och blå linjer) och flera busslinjer. Mycket lätt att komma till med taxi.

Ledning - Vi är ett litet familjeföretag. Lauren kommer från Dallas, TX och Fernando kommer från Barcelona, Spanien. Vi driver för närvarande 20 semesterlägenheter i Barcelona, 2 möblerade hus i Dallas och 7 semesterlägenheter i Istanbul.

Bullernivåer - Fasadfönster har dubbla fönster, men det kan finnas lite gata (trafik) men i bara ett av sovrummen. De andra tre sovrummen är väldigt tyst.

Beläggning - Lägenheten är idealisk för 8 personer. Det kan sova upp till åtta.

Incheckning och utcheckning - Lägenheten är redo för dig kl 16:30 (16:30) för beläggning. Du kan släppa dina väskor och hämta nycklarna från kl. 12.00. Utcheckningstiden är 11:30. Du kan begära reserverad tidig incheckning eller sen utcheckning mot en liten avgift, beroende på tillgänglighet. Det finns ingen extra avgift för incheckning nattetid.

Bokningar - Vi gör reservationer via e-post, på det sättet finns det en skriftlig post av all kommunikation och mycket mindre utrymme för fel. Vi tar inte bokningar eller betalningar per telefon.

This is our first family trip to Barcelona and we thank the host's prompt responses to our questions. The convenience of being able to store luggage in their office is much appreciated. Would recommend to family traveling with kids. Thanks for hosting us.

Perfect family apartment and location

This apartment was in the best location to local food and tourist hotspots. We could walk to everyone of our destinations. It was very spacious . Check in was so easy and host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!!

Good Residential Location Near Sagrada Familia

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was overall clean. Would've liked the TV to have a smart feature to be able to login to Netflix or something since most of the channels were in Spanish, which is to be expected. Next time we'd probably bring a fire stick or something. We had one person in our party with mobility issues, and saw that it has an elevator. I felt I should write here that while it does have an elevator, it is not wheelchair accessible. The entry door requires you to step over the door threshold, approximately 4-5", and go up a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. Not a big deal, but if you're expecting a ground floor elevator with no stairs, this isn't it. This is no big deal so long as everyone in your party doesn't have an issue with stairs. The bathtub requires stepping into, and you have to step-up into the shower for the 2nd bathroom.. so if you have anyone who can't do that, steer clear. We would otherwise recommend the unit.The beds were comfortable, there were several spots with plugs (European style, so bring your adapter if you don't have Euro-style plugs.) The main bathroom toilet kind of kept running awhile after flushing, but eventually stopped. There was a bit of rust in the bathtub, but otherwise clean and fine. They had an office location a couple doors down toward the corner where we were able to store our luggage after checkout at no additional cost, which was a very nice feature that we appreciated.

Property was beautiful, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, metro, and bus stops. Walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Only thing that could be better is the wifi - signal is spotty at best.

Very disappointing. Worst VRBO Home Away experience we've had.

No greeter. Although I texted and spoke to him. He never showed up to fix any problems. The Towels were horrible - grey, dirty and worn, that we actually purchased new towels the first day for ourselves. No dish towels. (I requested some but did not receive any). Stove did not work. No matches. I spoke to the greeter about it and he said he would bring matches and show us how to use the stove but he never arrived. Microwave did not work. Clothes Washer leaked and tripped all the power so we went without air conditioning for three days in deep August heat. The Plumber fixed the leak - supposedly, spoke no English, but the washer door did not close after he left or work at all after electrical was fixed. This was an Enormous Inconvenience to be unable to wash clothes during a two week stay. We hand washed out clothes in the tub. Had to purchase our own laundry soap, hand soap and shower soap (after a long overseas flight I think that soap to take a shower or wash your hands is a minimum). Dryer did not work. Not enough clothes pins for more than three t-shirts at a time to line dry outside. Sheets were awful. Pillows were filthy. The mattress pad was terribly stained. More than half the lamps in the 4 bedroom apartment did not have light bulbs. The TV did not work. I asked four times for a remote and was told they would get one but they never did. ( NOTE: we were there during the terror attack and were unable to watch the news in the apartment ). I requested clean sheets after a week and only received sheets for one bed not three as requested (oddly, I received pillowcases for extremely narrow pillows that did not exist in the apartment) so I had to wrap a fitted sheet around a pillow to create a pillow case. Once again: This is all during terror attacks so the lack of concern for our comfort and requests before and after the attacks was disconcerting. We felt the lack of regard for basic apartment rental needs to be upsetting. We felt it was Not the time to create tension with Home Away owners who clearly did not care about guest's comfort during a stressful time in the city. We paid for an apartment with air conditioning and a working TV etc. etc. etc. I spoke to the greeter five times with requests for basics that he agreed to but did not deliver. Unfortunately, I have to say this is my first bad review and warn you that this is a bare bones place unsuitable for a family expecting a minimally comfortable vacation.

Die Wohnung hatte mehr eine abgenutzt Stimmung als eine Altbau charm. Wir haben 2 Nächte dort verbracht. Die Badezimmern war sehr klein und hatte flecken in Badewanne. Für den Preis waren wir nicht zufrieden und müsste noch den Müll selber entsorgen. Wifi Einstellungen könnte besser sein. Müsste auf mehrere wifis verbinden jenach welche Zimmer waren wir.

The apartment was in a great area. Communication was great from the time we booked through the end of our stay. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage with Liliana, who was extremely helpful. The apartment met everyone’s needs and we LOVED the central air.

We had a fantastic stay in Barcelona! The apartment was perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with excellent air conditioning, which was a huge plus in the summer heat. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from the stunning Sagrada Familia (15 min walk(. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Best place and incredible value

We LOVED this apartment so much. The location is unbeatable and the space was perfect for our family. I just can’t recommend this spot enough and on top of that they were so kind and helpful to us when one of our family members was sick. Also we all absolutely fell in love with Barcelona! Looking forward to returning to the city and this rental property one day.
