The 15th century villa rental near Florence is approached via a beautiful tree-lined avenue and surrounded by immaculately kept Italian gardens with ancient trees overlooking a large private swimming pool.

The Space:
There are three panoramic terraces in total at this villa rental near Florence, each furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs and more formal seating. Each also enjoys wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. There is also a table tennis table to provide plenty of outdoor entertainment. The houses have both been completely restored and renovated.

As you enter the first villa, a large open hallway is furnished with a good-sized dining table seating up to 10 people. There is also a living room with enormous fireplace, armchairs and Smart TV. This room leads into a second living area with fantastic views over the park. Guests will find a kitchen a little further along the hallway along with a study, furnished with a desk and two sofa beds. Finally, there is a WC on this floor along with a laundry room, equipped with both washing machine and dryer.

A staircase leads to the first floor of this first villa. To the right hand side is a bedroom with both double bed and single sofa bed. Continuing on, you will find the master bedroom. This is a beautiful room with wonderful views and a four poster bed. It boasts an ensuite bathroom with his and his sinks and shower. On the other side of the hallway is another double bedroom (which also has an extra single bed if needed). The next bedroom has bunk beds and can sleep 2 people. And there is also a twin room with two single beds and an ensuite shower room. There is a large family bathroom with both bath and shower for guests staying in those bedrooms that don't have ensuite bathrooms.

The second villa at this villa rental near Florence is smaller. It boasts two living areas, one of which has doors leading out on to a lovely terrace beyond. A dining room has a table that can comfortably seat up to 16 guests. There is also a well equipped kitchen in this villa along with a separate laundry room. The master bedroom in this villa enjoys an ensuite bathroom with large shower and his and her wash basins. Doors lead from this bedroom to a spacious terrace which wraps around three sides of the house. On the other side of the hallway from the master bedroom are two further bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

The panoramic terraces at this villa have an incredible amount of seating, both formal dining table and chairs to seat up to 16 as well as more comfortable, relaxed outdoor sofas and chairs. Parasols are provided to give shade when needed.. The pool is open from April to the beginning of October each year and measures 10 x 5 metres and is 1.5 metres deep.
