As part of an agriturismo, Villa Chiara is not only a pleasant getaway but also a part of a thriving olive oil-producing estate. The villa spans approximately 130 m2, featuring spacious interiors and inviting outdoor spaces, including a generous pergola attached to the house. From here, guests can relish serene views of the picturesque Umbrian countryside.
Formerly an ancient farmhouse, Villa Chiara is surrounded by a fence and isadorned with olive trees, ancient trees, fragrant herbs, and blooming roses. The private pool, measuring 4.5 by 9 meters and 1.30 meters deep, beckons guests to unwind and enjoy refreshing dips. Accessible from the terrace, the pool provides a secluded oasis, bordered on one side by greenery.
Ample parking is available inside the fenced property, ensuring convenience for guests exploring the nearby town of Marsciano, which offers a variety of amenities such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a post office, and banks.
Upon entering the villa, guests are greeted by a welcoming hall with stairs leading to the first floor. To the right, a cozy living room with a fireplace, comfortable seating, and a satellite TV adjoins the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. On the left side of the corridor, there is a tastefully furnished double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor hosts two additional double bedrooms, each with its private bathroom—one with a shower and the other with a bath. For families with children, two extra single beds and a cot are available. Modern conveniences include wifi, air conditioning, fly screens on bedroom windows, a washing machine, and an iron with an ironing board.
Arriving at Villa Chiara is convenient, with a fully paved road followed by a well-maintained gravel stretch for the final 500 meters.
