Beautiful and Relaxing 4 Bedroom Villa w/Pool - Short Walk to Pereybere Beach
Beautiful villa with a large swimming pool and stunning courtyard. Relax by the pool on the sun loungers or on the cushioned seats by the dipping pool / water feature or in the kiosk or on the benches with the relaxing and calming sound of water flowing from the water feature.
The villa consists of a contemporary open-plan kitchen/lounge on the ground floor, opening up to a covered veranda with outdoor dining furniture (facing the pool). There is a small safety gate which can be closed to prevent small kids from running from the veranda to the pool area.
On the ground floor, there is also an airconditioned queen bedroom with views of the pool area, a separate bathroom and a make-up / separate sink area. The bedroom's sliding doors open up to a private patio.
An airconditioned master bedroom (queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom and a large covered veranda (facing the pool) is located on the first floor. On this floor, there are also 2 additional double air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 large bathroom - all of which have an attached private balcony.
Guests will have exclusive access to the private villa and shared access to the outdoor space (swimming pool, rear courtyard, kiosk, etc). Note that courtyard and swimming pool is shared only with one other villa.
Property also has parking space for 2 cars and has free Wifi. Free off-road parking is also available outside the property. Villa is also equipped with CCTV cameras.
Ideally located for Pereybere beach and Grand Baie. The villa is walking distance to amenities such as massage parlour (Azurev Massage), spa (Nu Zil Spa), popular breakfast / brunch places (Blooms), and other beachside restaurants. A well stocked supermarket (Winners) is about 10 mins walk or 2 mins drive from the villa. It is also a short drive to popular spa (Domaines des Alizees - 2 mins drive), Grand Bay Coeur de Ville mall and Super U supermarket (5 mins drive) and to La Croisette Mall (7 mins drive). It is located in a quiet, relaxing and safe area.

We enjoy our family time and love to relax at the beach or in the pool. This villa is our private holiday home which we are now inviting guests to enjoy as well.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Location location location - ideally located for Pereybere beach, our favourite beach in Mauritius with pristine clear lagoon (ideal for swimming). Very safe and peaceful area, with Expats as primary residents.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
Swimming pool of this size is hard to find in the Pereybere / Grand Bay area. The fact that it is only shared with one other villa, which is not always occupied, was a big win factor for us. Stunning courtyard as well with coconut trees and plants/flower beds.
