Vår konstruktion är över !!! Nya Knotty Alder-dörrar, höljen, basbrädor och hårdvara. Vi har skummat alla väggar och målade så att allt är nytt och friskt! Det nya träet ger det en sådan elegans och nya automatiska persienner, ny eldstad och alla dessa bekväma soffor är de enda saker du behöver för att koppla av efter en lång dag i sluttningarna!
Vacker enhet med allt du behöver för en fantastisk semester! Obehindrad utsikt över bergen, ängarna och sluttningarna runt detta bekväma fyra sovrum, fyra badrum, öppet tri-nivå radhus, som ligger inbäddat i basen av Wasatch-bergen i vackra Park City.

Efter en dag i sluttningarna kan du komma hem till en mysig eldstad i vardagsrummet som värmer andra och tredje nivån. BROADBAND CABLE INTERNET AKTIVITET INklusive trådlöst internet som tillhandahålls. Vardagsrummet har en * 42 'plasma-TV med video, DVD och stereo / CD-spelare. Plasma-TV: n har alla anslutningar för din dator eller kamera för att granska din dag i sluttningarna med Comcast's On-Demand-funktion. Det finns ytterligare 3 platt-TV-apparater i sovrummet och lägre sovrum. Köket är kaklat och fullt utrustat med alla redskap, nya apparater i rostfritt stål och köksredskap. Matsalen har plats för åtta personer och frukostbaren har plats för fyra personer. Privat balkong med naturskön utsikt, en ingång utanför för total integritet och täckt carport med två reserverade parkeringsplatser.

Alla rum har ett privat badrum. * Alla badrum är ombyggda med brickor med dusch. Badkar på bottenvåningen har ångdusch som är så avkopplande efter en dag i sluttningarna. Master bad har ett gigantiskt badkar tillräckligt brett för att 2 kan koppla av med kudden. Alla sängar har nya madrasser.

Radhuset ligger i Red Pine vid foten av The Canyonons Ski Resort. Red Pine är ett stort lägenhetskomplex med cirka 24 byggnader. Komplexet är tyst, väl underhållet och säkert. Det är en kort 2 minuters promenad till klubbhuset med en uppvärmd utomhuspool, badtunna utomhus, bastu och extra stor inomhusbadtunna tillgängliga för dig under din vistelse.

Canyon Cabriolet eller "People Mover" är bara 0. 2 miles från radhuset, en snabb 60 sekunders bilresa! Den kostnadsfria pendelbussen ligger bara 1 minuts promenad från enheten. Tre mil bort ligger Park City Mountain Resort och Deer Valley ligger 8 km bort.

För sommarbesökare finns det en barnpool, fyra tennisbanor, volleybollplaner och picknickområde. Downtown Park City ligger två och en halv mil söderut med shopping, 80+ restauranger, konserter och kulturaktiviteter (Sundance Film Festival). Kimball Junction's Outlet Stores ligger tre mil norrut. Deer Creek, Echo och Jordanelle Reservoirs erbjuder båtliv och fiske. Många vackra golfbanor omger Park City-området.

Wonderful Stay at Red Pine Condominiums
We loved the condo since it was perfectly set up for my family. It was well stocked and had all the amenities we would need. The pool, hot tub and sauna were right around the corner. The shuttle service was excellent but you have to time it right during the busy times - around when ski lifts open and close. We also enjoyed the apres ski at Canyons and the groomed slopes at Park City. My grandchildren significantly improved their skiing which was my goal. We will have wonderful memories from this trip! Thank you Alex and Daryl!

Great spacious home
This was a great place to stay for our family and friends. The layout is perfect for mom and dad upstairs in the master, kids behind the kitchen in the bunks and teens and friends downstairs in the 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds. Each room having its own bathroom was a huge bonus. Location was great for us and easy to quickly get to the lifts. It’s a bit of a walk or a quick drive. The only thing I would mention is if you like to cook as we do, the kitchen has the basic necessities in terms of knives and silverware but nothing fancy. We made do and got the job done. Other than that the house is pretty amazing for a park city canyons trip.

All was well until the communication scared me…
The place was great and I would happily recommend it - but today the communication threw me for a loop. We travel the same week every year to ski. I will often book a condo well in advance - then place the reservation and the ‘cancel by’ date on my calendar in case my plans change or we change states / mountains / etc. Imagine my shock, fear and confusion when I received a host review today for a condo in Park City, Utah while sitting on a plane headed to Montana. I freaked out and thought I had booked a place in park city and forgotten to cancel and the review was for a no show. I spent the next 15 mins looking for the reservation, checking my calendar, looking for the charge on my CC. All trying to figure out how I forgot that I’d booked in PC AND how I’d failed to put it in my calendar AND how I’d forgotten to cancel. Turns out the email was a review for a stay exactly one year ago. For someone who travels 12-15 times a year - this level of misplaced communication is not helpful and is stressful.

Comfortable and spacious stay
Overall happy with the stay. Location is very good for getting on and off the mountain. Definitely needs some type of mud room arrangement though. Perhaps a bench outside the front door.

Great spot that is close to lifts and bus stops. Plenty of room and a full bath for each bedroom. Hot tub etc is a short walk away.

Excellent Stay!
This was our second year in a row staying at this property and everything was perfect. The space was wonderful for the 4 adults and 5 children and we were able to spread out amongst all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable! And we loved being able to sit by the fireplace at night. The location is great! You can walk to and from the mountain or you can walk down and take the people mover up. We had a blast and we will definitely look into renting their place again. Thanks!

Great stay at this Park City condo. Everything is exactly as described. Main floor bunk bedroom is best suited for kids, but workable for adults. Alex and Darrel are terrific hosts.

Second time around
This was our second time at this condo and it was as convenient and nice as it was the first time around. There were some mix ups with the cleaning service and available linens but Alex helped get it handled effectively and promptly. Everyone was comfortable after some seriously great skiing in the Canyon.

We had a bunch of family gathering for spring break and the townhomes was perfect for us. For bedrooms each with a bathroom and shower was fantastic. Easy walk to the Canyons base area.

We had 6 adults and this townhouse was perfect for our stay. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It felt bigger in person. Each of the 4 bedrooms had a full bath which was great. Large kitchen/living room area made for easy relaxing after a day skiing. The club house with a pool, hot tub, and sauna are about a 2 minute walk down the road. I had a couple of questions for the owner and they were immediately responsive. Will definitely plan to stay here on our next visit to Park City!

Nice Stay
There were a couple of issues. We let the owner know and they were very responsive. Lots of space and was very comfortable for our families. Very close (walking distance) to the base of the canyons. Canyons shuttle service made it easy to get onto the mountain. Kids love the Pool, hot tub and Sauna.

Good ski access and plenty of space
I needed lodging that would accommodate seven adults each in his own bed and provided access to quality skiing, and this place was just right. In the mornings we walked downhill to the cabriolet in about ten minutes, which carried us to the gondola; in the afternoon we walked downhill from the ski slope directly to the condo, also in about ten minutes. A free shuttle is available to take skiers to/from the ski resort base, but we preferred the walk. The free city bus has a stop just past the cabriolet for rides to Park City or up to Smith’s for groceries. Finally, the condo community has a clubhouse with a hot tub, dry sauna, and the warmest outdoor pool I have ever experienced (95°). Perfect place to relax after a full day skiing. Our host, Alex, was very responsive to our needs when we had some questions after check-in. Very helpful!

Great Property In Excellent Location
We just returned from an 8 day stay in Park City, Utah. We stayed in this home and had a wonderful time. We were 2 families with 4 kids between us ages 7 to 10. We appreciated that everyone had beds and that all 4 bedrooms had bathrooms in them. This property is very homey and has a great backyard full of snow that our kids loved. It is also in an excellent location for taking the Cabriolet up to Canyon Mountain Village and is just a short drive to the Mountain Village or out to Woodward for tubing. We would definitely stay at this property again. Alex is also a great property manager and was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic Stay!
We loved Alex’s house and it was perfect for our family (2 families w/kids). We had plenty of space and having a bathroom in each bedroom was great! We’ve stayed in these townhouses before and loved all of the living room seating this house had. The location was super convenient and it was nice not needing a car. We would walk down to the people mover to go up to the resort and walk down from the resort back to the house. Communication was great and Alex was extremely responsive to a question we had. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great location
Loved the location and how close we were to the slopes. Less than 10 minutes to Park City. House had plenty of room for 10 adults. Check in and out process was simple and easy. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. We would stay here again.

Hi! I'm Alex. My parents bought this Townhome here at The Canyons Townhomes over 10 years ago and I have been managing it for them since our first season. We love this area and live close to be able to enjoy it but want to share it with you. We have made it into exactly what a family needs and wants. We have owned in Red Pines for more then 20 years and have owned this unit for over 15 and love it. It is in a perfect location and the perfect getaway. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We are in the perfect location here at The Canyons Townhomes. We are just down the street from The Canyons, an incredible resort. A few miles down the road is Park City with great skiing, shopping, and dining, and just a few miles the other direction is great shopping, dining, and home of the Utah Olympic Sports Park. There is so much to see and do and you are surrounded by some of the greatest skiing in the world!

We also know how important it is to be comfortable after a long day of skiing so we have gone to the Extreme to bring you that comfort! Whether you are a family or a group of friends getting together to ski we have what you need and we know you'll enjoy it!
