Anne is an excellent host and the property and amenities are wonderful. This is our 4th visit to the property and have already booked again for 2026. It is a perfect location for skiing, shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful condo, large comfortable great furnishings, private bathroom for each bedroom was so nice. Well stocked kitchen, fantastic location. Ski locker for equipment storage and shuttle bus service free to get around Canyons and free bus to Park City

Great location, clean and well stocked!

Wonderful location to Canyons village. House had everything we needed and clean. There was access to clubhouse with indoor and outdoor hot tub and heated pool for use in the winter too. Great accommodations for our trip that included kids and adults!

Ideal position but giving lots of freedom but a short distance from mountain base. Excellent accommodation with all the comforts of home.

Family Ski Vacation

The condo was very clean and close to the cabriolet, but it's best to take the CV Connect shuttle using the app. The rooms were adequate with everything you needed and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. We really enjoyed our stay Family of 6

Great spot to stay!

The houe was great; fully stocked kitchen and laundry room; tons of blankets and pilows too. One added bonus I wasn't aware of was the free shuttle that Canyons offers. It is easier than the Uber app and allowed our entire group to pick and choose when to ski and when to take a break at the house. I would highly recommend and will stay here again!

Place is smaller and more dated than the pictures look. The washer/dryer was broken for our entire stay. Noisey neighbors were annoying. This was the worst snow years ever in Utah. All occupants contacted flu within 48 hours of arrival. When mentioned to the owner she suggested we caught it on the plane. We all took different planes. I hope they professionally disinfect tha house before the next people occupy it.

Accommodations were excellent! Easy and close access to the mountain, restaurants and shopping. This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and it is the best location and such a cozy, warm family friendly place! The host is wonderful and makes sure all your needs are met. Have already rented this unit again for next year. A Christmas ski trip family tradition!

Perfect for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, roomy kitchen/great room. Comfortable beds plenty of hot water. Excellent parking arrangement. Always the first stop by CV connect at end of day. Would book again.

Annual ski trip

We had 3 couples and 2 of our college age kids with us. The bedroom/bathroom set up was ideal for our group. The condo location was fantastic with super fast and easy shuttle service to the canyons. The unit was clean, spacious and had all the kitchen necessities on hand for meal prep. Condo also had Lovely views, ski locker storage, washer/dryer and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Park City Ski Trip

Our group of 5 adult men had a great visit to this condo for Park City skiing. It was a convenient location in the Canyons area. The condo was set up well with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and we spent a lot of time at the end of the day in the comfortable living room. We used Canyons Valley Connect shuttle to get to and from the ski area and the bus to get to downtown, very easy to use both. We would definitely stay here again!

Red Pine Park City WInter 2023

An amazing stay at an ideal property. The place is a very short walk to Canyons lodge for the next best thing to "ski-in-ski-out" at a fraction of the price. The house is comfortable, well maintained and clean with great beds. Every thing was exactly as described. We had a great trip and will definitely want to come back to this exact house in the future. I highly recommend
