Denna helt ombyggda, bekväma, rymliga tre nivå Mountain Townhome vid Red Pine, ligger inbäddat i basen av Park City Canyons Village, bara 25 minuter från Salt Lake International Airport i Salt Lake City, Utah. Gå till hissarna och huvudgondolen.
Underbar utsikt över bergen. Vacker 20 fot golv till tak bergspis med bensin och stora fönster. Välvda tak i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Tolv minuters promenad till hissarna på den fantastiska Park City Ski Resort, eller ta en gratis buss till Deer Valley bara 75 meter från din bakdörr. Fyra sovrum totalt med eget badrum.
Charmiga vaxade tallmöbler hela med två mysiga spisar. Nyligen ombyggt kök med bänkskivor av kvarts. Planka trägolv och matta i Great Room. Nya bänkskivor i granit och italienska kakelgolv i de fyra badrummen. Matbordet har åtta platser. Bekväma stolar och soffa med dunkuddar i vardagsrummet. Fyra sovrum på tre våningar är helt privata, var och en med sitt eget ny sida vid sida badrum. Duntäcken på varje bäddsäng av furu: två kungar-sviter, ett drottningssovrum plus ett våningssängrum med bekväma inbyggda sängar (som alla har en madrass i full storlek.) Fyra stora tallarmar för förvaring. Nya rostfria apparater och fullt utrustat kök. Kvalitetssängkläder tillhandahålls i alla sovrum och badrum.

Året runt uppvärmd pool, två enorma badtunnor och bastu på närliggande klubbhus. Gratis tennisbanor och tre pooler öppna på sommaren.

Detta lägenhet är ljust och soligt med 20 fot välvda tak i vardagsrum och sovrum. Golv till tak bergspis i vardagsrum och en annan öppen spis i master svit. Stora fönster mot taket med vacker utsikt. Gott om plats (2300 kvadratmeter). Tyst ändaggregat med extra fönster i köket som har utsikt över en vidsträckt gräsbevattning där barnen kan leka eller släde. Gå direkt ut från verandan / balkongen till gräset och gångvägarna. Två HD-kabel-TV-apparater. Två parkeringsplatser, en täckt. Gratis WIFI tillgängligt.
Låsa garderoben utanför för skidor eller cyklar. Gemensamt område med fyra tennisbanor, volleyboll, hästskor, tre utomhuspooler (en uppvärmd på vintern), två stora badtunnor, bastu och picknickområde med grill.

Gratis buss erbjuder service till skidliftarna i Park City Center, Deer Valley Ski Resort och Park City Historic District, som ligger bara tre mil bort. Här hittar du många charmiga restauranger och butiker. Den olympiska idrottsparken med museum, skidhopp, spetsar och bollspår är en mil bort. Groomed cross country course ligger en halv mil bort. Begränsad längdskidåkning precis utanför dörren. Gå upp till kanonsbyen med butiker, restauranger och gondol eller promenera ner till cabriolet / folk-mover vid den största parkeringsplatsen.

Great location, clean and well stocked!

Wonderful location to Canyons village. House had everything we needed and clean. There was access to clubhouse with indoor and outdoor hot tub and heated pool for use in the winter too. Great accommodations for our trip that included kids and adults!

Perfect for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, roomy kitchen/great room. Comfortable beds plenty of hot water. Excellent parking arrangement. Always the first stop by CV connect at end of day. Would book again.

Accommodations were excellent! Easy and close access to the mountain, restaurants and shopping. This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and it is the best location and such a cozy, warm family friendly place! The host is wonderful and makes sure all your needs are met. Have already rented this unit again for next year. A Christmas ski trip family tradition!

Great spot to stay!

The houe was great; fully stocked kitchen and laundry room; tons of blankets and pilows too. One added bonus I wasn't aware of was the free shuttle that Canyons offers. It is easier than the Uber app and allowed our entire group to pick and choose when to ski and when to take a break at the house. I would highly recommend and will stay here again!

Park City Ski Trip

Our group of 5 adult men had a great visit to this condo for Park City skiing. It was a convenient location in the Canyons area. The condo was set up well with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and we spent a lot of time at the end of the day in the comfortable living room. We used Canyons Valley Connect shuttle to get to and from the ski area and the bus to get to downtown, very easy to use both. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Spot

We had the most wonderful time at this property ! It was super convenient to everything . The slopes were right there. The free shuttle service arrives in 3-5 min from the app . We did the same trip in Breck and we all liked it much better here. It’s very close to the airport as well . Logistics are way easier and with kids that was huge for us . The home is 3 stories and broke up perfectly for everyone to have their privacy . Highly recommend !

Red Pine Park City WInter 2023

An amazing stay at an ideal property. The place is a very short walk to Canyons lodge for the next best thing to "ski-in-ski-out" at a fraction of the price. The house is comfortable, well maintained and clean with great beds. Every thing was exactly as described. We had a great trip and will definitely want to come back to this exact house in the future. I highly recommend

Ski vacation in Park City

Stayed for 8 days in the condominium at Red Pines in Park City. Five of us, all adults. The location was close to the slopes but walking would require 10-15 minutes in ski boots and carrying equipment. But the Canyons Connect shuttle is as advertised-superb. Morning wait was usually 3 minutes, not much difference in evening. Pick-up and drop-off were directly at your door. Couldn’t have been easier.Condo itself is quiet and comfortable. Four bedrooms/four bathrooms. Living space a great hang-out area with comfortable couches and chairs, fire place, large dining room table. Kitchen on small side but very well equipped with plates, glasses, silverware and cookware. Dishwasher functional but on older side. Of note, excellent lighting throughout, not always the case with condo rentals.House was very clean. Bedrooms with comfortable beds, plenty of blankets. Bathrooms clean and well supplied with towels. Newer models washer and dryer. Plenty of dishwasher and laundry soap but need to supply own shampoo/soap/conditioner. Only moderate issue was in bedroom with bunk beds, mattresses were quite comfortable but the top bunk has large windows without shades and a noisy vent right next to it making sleeping for my adult son somewhat challenging. Shades and a way to decrease the ventilation noise would be helpful. Overall, an excellent experience and solid property. Communication with the owners was easy and almost instantaneous. Would rent again without hesitation.

Nice Home, Clean and Quiet

Four avid skiers had a great week at PC. Townhouse convenient, clean and everything works and is updated. Quiet at night which also important. We shuttled to/from PC base, which was very easy and convenient. Walking is .4 miles. And ski back to unit not really an option. Would definitely rent again.

Family Ski Trip

We had our family of 7, including our 18 month old grandson, at this condo in January and we had a fantastic time! The owners are great people and were quick to answer any question we had, before and during our stay. The condo is well suited for a large group with each of the 4 bedrooms having private baths. The large living area and large dining table were perfect for our meals we prepared in the kitchen. We skied both at Canyons and at ParkCity. One of the great things while staying here is using the Canyons Village Connect ride service to get us to the main lift area at Canyons or down to the transit hub to catch the bus to Park City. They were always very quick to pick us up. Having the carport with the ski storage closets worked great to store our skis and quickly grab them and head out for the day.

We have owned our Mountain Townhouse condo for 21 years and live in nearby Salt Lake City. We are close enough to keep the condo in superior condition and we continually make improvements. The condo is immaculately clean. We are easily available if there are any problems for our guests.

This property is surrounded by open space, with serene mountain views from large windows. Kitchen with quartz counters was remodeled in 2019. The townhouse is close to the lifts, but has an open, private southern exposure and is situated away from the crowds and traffic. This townhouse condo is furnished with charming waxed pine furniture, comfortable seating, stainless appliances and quality linens. You can walk directly out to the open grassy area from the condo, where children can play or sled in the winter. With bedrooms on three different levels the condo offers complete privacy for all guests. The townhouse is light and sunny and feels secluded and very quiet. You can walk to the ski lifts or the golf course. We love to ski the wide variety of ski terrain at Park City Resort which accommodates the expert skiers in our family along with our young grandchildren.
