Casapippi is located in a large condominium in the central area of ​​Follonica a few steps from the beach. The strategic position of this building will allow you to immerse yourself in the heart of city life. You will have easy access to bars, restaurants, shops and services such as groceries and small supermarkets, ensuring you have everything at hand for a worry-free stay. On the Carducci seafront it is possible to walk and reach the pedestrian avenue and the central Via Roma, the shopping street.
Casa Pippi is a spacious apartment located on the first floor of a condominium. It consists of a welcoming living room, with a double sofa bed, which opens onto a lovely balcony with sea view. It has a large eat-in kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which has air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower.
In the condominium courtyard on the ground floor, you will find a practical storage room to store your beach equipment and bicycles.
We will also be happy to welcome your four-legged friends. In front of the house, you will find a dedicated dog beach where your furry friends can run, play and cool off in the waters of the Gulf of Follonica.
Linen is not supplied, only on specific request. Apartment suitable for families, not rented to groups of young people.
