Great Location

House was nice and had everything you need. The location was perfect and felt safe with the gated entry. The rock beach area was awesome because you call pull your vehicle up to the water. Tanya was very responsive and very easy to work with.

Annual family vacay

The house is awesome. We had 4 teenagers and the distance to the river was perfect. The owner was excellent, checked in on us and responses were almost immediate! Housekeeping could be a little better. Floors needed a deep mopping and all bedding including quilts and blankets needed washing. Having the washer and dryer was excellent. We will definitely stay again.

Graduation weekend

My daughter graduated from TXST so decided to stay at this rental instead of a hotel, best decision. It was quiet and secured (unit is located in a small gated area with a few other condos) great place for my family to relax before and after the graduation. We enjoyed having our own area at the river, can float and get picked up pretty close.. next door tubes if needed. Will definitely return.

Great location!

We had a great time staying here! The river is just a short walk away. The house was perfect, we had plenty of room for all of our guests. The only downside were the guest bedroom sheets had a smell, so we had to wash them while we were there. But that was an easy fix! I highly recommend staying here!

Great Location!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 9-13 and this fit our needs perfectly. You can’t beat the location on the river. House was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with via text and answered questions promptly. We rented tubes from Mountain Breeze a few doors down and they were excellent. Overall a wonderful trip and we can’t wait to go back!!

Great place and I would recommend this place to others. Property owner was very nice and a fast response to my questions. House was Very clean, large kitchen, comfortable bed. Easy access to the river. As we had plenty of room to drive down to the river from this house and put in our kayak. We wil be back.

Relaxing spot perfect for our family

This home was just as described and worked beautifully as our spot to celebrate Christmas. We enjoyed relaxing together and walking along the river. Cooked three large meals in the kitchen without issues. Tanya was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Hope to return this summer to further enjoy the water and this perfect getaway!

Relaxing Week

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin, had all of what we needed as far as kitchen and grilling goes. Having a washer and dryer was an added bonus, no one wants to go home with dirty clothes! Our kids ranging from ages 20/17/8/7/7 loved the bunk room it gave them the time to do some much needed time together! The location was great and have access to the river right down the hill was perfect for us! We made tons of memories here and will keep this little gem in our pocket for future visits!

Great condo on the river

We - six cycling friends on a weekend trip - enjoyed our stay at this marvelous retreat. The condo is located on the magnificent River Road, just a few yards from the river itself. There is plenty of parking for 5 cars, beds for 6 people - not including the fold-out couch and additional mattresses. Full size kitchen with appliances, including coffee maker, and plenty of room to sit for everyone. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

2020 River Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Being on the river this time of year was very peaceful, with no crowds. We had our own private riverside area where we caught minnows with our Grandson and made a campfire and smores every night. The house was perfect for relaxing and the morning view was perfect from the balcony porch! Tanya was great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely visit again!
