Number 1 Olive Grove is a 4 bed luxury villa in a great location.
Everything is a step up from normal villa rentals, from the massive 10m x 5m pool, to the luxury furnishing that will make your stay truly special.
Your host lives 1 minute away. That's means you can be assured you'll be looked after.
You'll not only have unlimited wi-fi but hundreds of TV channels including Sky, BBC and the very latest movies.
Each bedroom is a large double, one bedroom downstairs which is great if one of your guests is less able.
There is a great on site restaurant, plus two others within walking distance. An english speaking chemist and a well stocked supermarket is a stones throw away.
Within 5 minutes you can be walking along the beach or deep into the mountains.
A large marina and watersports centre is nearing completion 10 minutes walk way.
North Cyprus has a stunning golf course (Korineum) and its a 10 minute drive away.
Rates start at less than ÂŁ30 per night per person if 8 are sharing, and North Cyprus is an inexpensive destination.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking the villa.
The remaining balance is to be paid 12 weeks before the arrival date. If a cancellation is made within the 12 week period then a refund will only be given if the dates are re-booked for that period.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for any booking made within 12 weeks of arrival.
There is a ÂŁ200 breakage bond that can be paid anytime up to 2 weeks before arrival date which is refundable.
