Elegant, bekväm och tyst 85 kvm lägenhet på tredje våningen nyrenoverad, med hiss; det ligger på en innergård med ett stort grönt område med parkering.
Försedd med gratis wi-fi, luftkonditionering, ett badrum med dusch, en extra toalett.
I ett utmärkt läge, 15 minuters promenad från Arena och Castelvecchio, 5 minuters promenad från järnvägsstationen, några minuter med buss från mässan, i ett säkert och väl upplyst område.
Tågstationen ligger några minuters promenad bort. Med tåg kan du nå på drygt en timme: Venedig, Milano, Bologna, Florens, Padua, Mantua, Vicenza.
Med tåget på tre timmar anländer du till Rom, om fem timmar i Neapel.
Verona flygplats ligger 15 km från järnvägsstationen. Pendelbussen lämnar stationen var 20: e minut från 5 på morgonen till 11:30 på natten.
Perfekt för dig som inte vill använda bilen; från järnvägsstationen avgår stadsbussar till den historiska stadskärnan på några minuter, extrastadsbussar till Gardasjön och termoparkerna, Gardaland, köpcentra, Gardasjön, Valpolicella, Soave och många andra destinationer .
Från denna position är bilen inte absolut nödvändig, men så småningom finns det en bekväm gratis parkering inne i bostadsrätten.

Good Verona HQ near rail station

Had a great stay. You can walk to Verona, or hop in the train to anywhere in Northern Italy you want to go. Venice and Lake Garda were great, MariaCristina was a gracious hostess.

Our host Mariacristina was great and shared her local Verona knowledge (e.g. the best gelato, nearby shops). She had arrived early and had put on the Aircon plus there was lots of cool water in the fridge. This was really appreciated on the very hot day we arrived. The touches like cushions we could use at the opera and coffee in the cupboard was great. The locality was good for catching trains and buses (5 min walk) which was great for trips to places (e.g. Venice).

A very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment.

We were extremely pleased with our choice of apartment in Verona. Cristina proved to be an excellent host and her efforts made our stay most enjoyable. The location, close to the railway station, in a quiet residential complex suited us immensely.

Stay in Verona

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, its very near the station in Verona. Its a quiet area and the apartment had everything we needed, was clean and spacious for four of us. It was about 15- 20 minute walk to the centre of Verona and about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket. Cristina was very helpful.

Lovely place to stay in Verona

The apartment was lovely and conveniently located near the train station, but within walkable distance to the city center. Our host Mariacristina was wonderful and met us with keys outside the apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and had everything we needed for a great stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location to train station

This apt. is quite spacious with three bedrooms. The kitchen is fine with a small wicker sofa. There are no other chairs besides the kitchen table chairs. It is in an older neighborhood and the other residents are locals. Cristina is very knowledgeable about Verona and suggested many ideas about how to tour the city and Lake Garda. It can be a bit noisy at night. The apt. is located across the street from the postal office distribution building..

Conveniently located apartment with a fabulous hostess

The apartment is a few minutes walk from the train station. Cristina met us at the apartment and showed us all the essentials. She also is a tour-guide herself, and gave us lots of good information. We were four people and the apartment was perfect size for us. It has nice, comfortable beds.

4 nights in Verona

We enjoyed staying at Cristina’s apartment. She was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The apartment has comfortable beds and a good shower as well as good windows and shutters to keep out street noise and light. The kitchen has everything you’d expect and has a small selection of oil and vinegar, S&p etc as well as washing essentials. It was warm whilst we were visiting and being from Scotland we didn’t find the air conditioning in the living area was sufficient cooling for us in the bedrooms as we aren’t used to heat. Others may be fine though. Don’t use Google maps to find the apartment as it takes you to the wrong block. Block 14 is the one to the south-west of the group. If arriving by car approach from the street to the north as per Google maps but on foot from the rail station it’s accessed off Case Ferrovieri Porta Nova. Access is via entry phone system at gates using buzzer with owner’s name. Cristina suggested we take the early train to Venice which we did and would thoroughly recommend. Home at lunchtime to avoid the crowds.

4 nights in Verona

Great Apartment! Cristina was so nice, met us when we arrived us and and explained everything. Great location easy to walk to city center and close to train station. Includes free safe parking. Would stay here again!

Perfect location, charming house. Could not have been better.

The house is a 5 minute walk from the train station and 15 from the city center. The hostess was wonderful. I would highly recommend the house, especially if you are commutting. Delightful.

Comfortable stay in handy location

We enjoyed 3 nights at this apartment which is minutes away from the railway and bus station. Great for exploring areas around Verona and only a 15-20minute walk to the main sights in town. The apartment had everything we could have hoped for including comfortable beds.

Nous recommandons

L'appartement est parfait, sécurisé avec une place de parking. Situé à 2 minutes de la gare, c'est parfait pour aller vers Venise et Milan. 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre les arènes. Cristina est adorable et nous a fait profiter de ses compétences pour visiter Vérone. Vacances très agréables... Encore merci à Cristina Bruno Patricia et Julien

Sehr schöne Wohnung, große Zimmer

Ich war mit meiner 85 jährigen Mutter einige Tage in Verona. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, es ist alles da was man braucht, gut ausgestattet, liebevolleingerichtet, gute feste Matratzen. Jede hatte ihr eigenes Zimmer. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Verona und Gardasee. Anlage mit einigen Mehrfamilienhäusern ist komplett eingezäunt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: wenn es warm ist, und die Fenster offen, ist es manchmal schon ziemlich laut. Trotzdem alles super, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Comfortable, cozy apartment

Very nice, comfortable place to stay. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The building is very secure, which we appreciated, and very convenient to the train station. We enjoyed a nice day trip to Venice via the high-speed train. Christina is a wonderful host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. A pleasure to work with.

fijn appartement van zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse

Het appartement was prima, schoon, met goede bedden. De locatie dicht bij het station ideaal. De eigenaresse heel attent, gaf goede informatie en tips. Het enige nadeel was het zitten. 4 rechte stoelen aan keukentafel en slecht zittend bankje voor 2 personen.

Very comfortable apartment. It sleeps 4 but as there were only 2 of us it was quite spacious. Very well situated being close to the main railway station and bus station it is only 1 mile to the main square Piazza Bra so easy access to town centre too. Christina the owner is very friendly and very helpful. She explained how every thing worked in the apartment and showed us where to find essentials such as the nearest supermarket. She had even bought in a few things for us, biscuits, yoghurts, etc. There is lots of useful tourist information provided in the apartment too- city maps, bus timetable, tourist guide and a few leaflets for things to see & do.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet apartment near train station

We loved this private apartment. Sunny and bright. Patio doors and windows for air flow. Curtains/shutters for privacy and quiet. Despite being 5 minutes from the train station, it was quiet. It was safe and secure. It had everything we needed—2 bedrooms, blankets, towels, dishes etc. Felt like a home. It was about 15 minutes to the town center once we got oriented. We didn’t use bus system but it would’ve been convenient.
