Located in the quiet residential area of Llenaire, on the outskirts of Port de Pollenca, the apartment is less than a five minute walk to the long stretch of sandy beach and crystal clear waters of Pollenca Bay. Inside, is set over two floors with a spiral staircase leading up to the 2 air conditioned bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a balcony on this level overlooking the pool and garden. The ground floor comprises a handy cloakroom (w/c) and an open plan living space with a lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Glass doors allow plenty of natural light and open out to a private area furnished with 2 sun loungers and a dining table enclosed with a small hedgerow. In addition to the beautiful sandy beach, there are shops and restaurants nearby and a 20 minute stroll along the promenade will take you to the main town of Port de Pollenca.
