Från uteserveringen med direkt tillgång till det fantastiska moderna köket och vardagsrummet, med den stora bekväma soffan och vedbrännaren för svalare lågsäsongsnätter. Till sovrummet med king size-säng och superkomfortabel madrass som leder till badrum med duschrum med regndusch. Alla smakfullt färdiga och dekorerade. Det dubbla sovrummet har samma kvalitetsmadrasser på de två enkelsängarna och ligger bredvid husets duschrum med stor inredning och regndusch. Fantastic apartment

We have just returned from a 10 night stay in this beautiful apartment.We found it spotlessly clean but also very homely with everything you could wish for from a self catering holiday.The location is excellent, very short stroll to the beach, restaurants and marina.The apartment was very quiet with excellent parking.We hope to return next year.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlcharakter

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt den Abbildungen. Wir schließen uns den positiven Bewertungen an. Ruhige Lage, fußläufig (ca. 5 Min.) zum Strand. Sehr bequeme Betten, angenehme Klimaanlage, schöner, großzügiger, überdachter Balkon. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Spent a great 10 days in Richard’s appt. The location was quiet and only a very short walk from the beach. The appt its self is recently renovated and is spotless and very well equipped. We would certainly be happy to go again.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet

Wir haben uns für 2 Wochen in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige „Knackpunkt“ für uns lag in der der nicht funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Diese soll aber direkt nach unserem Auszug komplett erneuert werden. Der Vermieter wahr hierbei sehr hilfreich und bot uns eine mobile AC Anlage an die wir dann aber durch den Einsatz von Ventilatoren und kühleren Nachttemperaturen doch nicht benötigten. Hierzu kam noch eine Teilrückerstattung des Mietpreises so dass jeder zufrieden war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Puerto Pollensa Appartment

A really nice property situated in a quiet residential area just 3-4 minutes walk from beach, restaurants & resort centre. We found the apartment exactly as described in the property overview; it was clean with modern bathrooms & kitchen and a great terrace. Communication with the owner, Richard, was good. We really enjoyed our week here & would definitely return.

Spacious well equipped apartment in a very good area.

The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It’s a short stroll to the beach and just a few minutes more into the resort centre. Communication with the owner is excellent ( we had a slight problem with the tv which was sorted out immediately) both bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern.

Lovely property

Good location. Lovely, clean property. Satellite reception not great. Only real negative was only one large and small towel per person. Would have been nice for a spare towel while washing other. Would book again.

Perfect Pollensa Hideaway.

Could not be better, will certainly try and book this property again when we return, which is very likely. Puerto Pollensa is one of our favorite destinations, but we haven't been back in many years. This was certainly a welcome return, and the property had a lot to do with our experience. The apartment was more than big and comfortable enough for three adults, and perfectly situated at the top of a quiet street, but still only a five minute walk to the beach and the first of the many great restaurants along the front. Highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment with great location

The apartment ls located perfectly in a quiet residential area but very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is modern, very clean and has everything you need (including integrated A/C throughout the apartment and a large terrace). Really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back!

Great property, very clean and very modern in style. A lot of thought into overall decor and needs.

4 of us stayed there September 2018, quite central for beach, restaurants etc. Would definitively recommend and hope to return next year. The facilities are of a very high standard and the owner has been a pleasure to deal with. Always responded very promptly to any queries we had prior to holiday.

Another wonderful holiday in Puerto Pollensa

This accommodation was first class. The room sizes are just what you want for a stress free holiday. Great layout with everything you need. Excellent position, only 150 mts from beach and all the resort amenities. Sitting on good sized balcony for drinks, meals and sunbathing. Can't wait to return. Fully recommend this apartment. Lovely apartment in excellent location

Just returned from our second stay at this apartment. I'm sure it won't be our last. This apartment is lovely. Beautiful decor and great location. Short stroll to the beach and supermarket at the end of the road. The resort just gets lovelier every year with all the improvements to the promenade, pavements and roads. Can't wait to return.

Excellent apartment

We stayed in this apartment from 2nd to 9th June 2018. Everything was exactly as it said in the description. The apartment was fitted out to the highest spec, everything was first class, comfortable, clean, well maintenained, and exceptionally comfortable. It was lovely to be able to have breakfast outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and couldn't find fault even if we wanted to!!!!! An excellent holiday. Thank you

Supertolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Sie ist wirklich sehr geschmack- und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Zu beachten wäre nur, dass es kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen gibt. Aber das Internet läuft gut und wenn man seinen Computer anschließt, sollte das funktionieren. Wir hatten nur eine Festplatte mit ein paar Filmen und Serien bei, das hat uns aber auch gereicht, Fernsehen ist im Urlaub ja nebensächlich.... Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Ruhig, aber alles wichtige (Restaurants, Supermarkt und natürlich Strand) fußläufig. Wir kommen wieder!

Very stylish apartment with very good facilities. Home from home 😎

The apartment is excellent for a couple who want some space. We stayed in January and the rest of the block was very quiet as was the area with it being residential. A very short walk from the beach and only ten minutes walk from the port so an excellent location. There was everything anyone would need while staying there and all of a high standard. For those needing to keep in touch with home while on holiday the WiFi is great. It would be helpful to have had some instructions about the fire. We used it every night but didn’t realise there was a fan until the last day but that’s a minor point compared to the overall experience. Richard was very easy to deal with and very helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out while we were there and the agent was very helpful and we were sorted within 20 minutes. Great place.

We are an English family living in Cornwall UK. For the past 16 years we have owned and run a guest house in St.Ives in Cornwall and we also have a self catering cottage in Newlyn, Near Penzance also in Cornwall. We are no strangers to looking after people on their holidays and feel we know what people like, and need, when they are away from home. Originally from Sheffield in South Yorkshire UK,we moved to the coast when our daughters were small for a better quality of life, which we definitely have.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have owned No 6 since January 2015 and spent the time since then planning and choosing everything from floor tiles to teaspoons. A bit of a labour of love, we have wanted to own a property in Mallorca for a long time, particularly in this area, as it is so beautiful. There is so much to see, not only in the area around Puerto Pollensa, but generally in Mallorca. The inland areas are totally unspoilt and a joy to discover while the coastal resorts offer everything to please all ages. Our apartment enjoys a quiet location but is close enough to all that the port has to offer, that's why we love it and that's why we bought it. We hope you love it too!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The building is of a slightly Art Deco style although built in the 1980's and consist's of only 6 apartments. The ground floor is lived in permanently by it's Spanish owners, while the other 4 properties belong to English and German owners. The top floor apartments, of which one is ours, enjoy elevated views across to the hills and have the added benefit of cooling breezes in the summer, when it can get very warm. The outside terrace is spacious with room for dining and relaxing on the loungers.
