Like all of our other beautiful Dwellcome Home properties, this great property has every single base that a business or leisure traveller needs covered and retains the really homely feel of all of our places which is reflected in all of our reviews.

Fully renovated in the last year, this first floor apt has 2 bedrooms (1 double, plus single bed, 1 small double), family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner, reliable fast fibre broadband so offers excellent living space for guests to enjoy:

Bedrooms comprise:

Master: Spacious bright room. Double and single beds with brand new Silent Night memory foam mattresses. Bedside table and lamp. Lovely window with open aspect. Ample clothes storage.

Second Bedroom: bright, lovely room with double bed with brand new Silent Night memory foam mattress. Bedside table and lamp. Lovely large box window.

Ground floor: Secure front door leads to a lobby with space for boots, outdoor clothing etc. Stairs to the First floor.

First floor: other than the bedrooms described above, which are all accessed off the front landing, there is also:

Lounge / Diner - Comfortable, spacious & bright with brand new carpet. Ample seating. Smart TV, dining table sits 4 and extends to sit 6.

Kitchen - straight on from the lounge: Fridge freezer, electric cooker with 4 electric hobs and oven, microwave, kettle, cafetiere and toaster. Tea and coffee are provided. Washing machine with detergent, iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. Excellently stocked kitchen with good range of pans, casserole dishes, etc.

Heating is central heating powered by our brand new gas combination boiler and controlled using the room thermostat to ensure a constant cosy temperature is kept at all times. NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have HIVE central heating controlled by guests to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night.

Bathroom with mains fed (from brand new combination boiler) shower, towel radiator, wc, wash hand basin/storage drawer and tiled flooring.

Ample free on-street parking right in front of the property. No permit is required.
