Situated in a residential area that offers a seasonal community pool (subject to community rules and accessed externally), a tennis court, and lush gardens, it is the perfect retreat for your vacation.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with three single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. A full bathroom ensures your comfort. The living room with an American kitchen is the perfect space to unwind, and from the terrace, you can enjoy views of the city and catch a glimpse of the sea.
Equipped with air conditioning in the living-dining area and wifi, our apartment ensures a comfortable and connected stay. We also offer airport shuttle service to the accommodation for an additional fee, providing you with added convenience upon your arrival.
Please note that pets are not allowed in the accommodation, and access from the street to the elevator is entirely accessible for everyone.
It is important to mention that due to the declared drought in the area, the use of the pools cannot be guaranteed, and there will be daily water cuts starting from 8:00 PM, with no specific time for resumption.
