Located on the coveted Avenida Antonio Tore Tore, right on the first line of the beach (with delightful lateral sea views!), this fantastic apartment is ready to offer you an unforgettable vacation experience. Imagine waking up to the sea breeze and enjoying a closed terrace with lateral sea views for your most relaxed breakfasts.
With two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, thereâs space for everyone! The living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, invites you to unwind after a day of beach exploration or a stroll along the bustling promenade. Summer days in Torre del Mar are simply magical!
Do you enjoy cooking? The independent kitchen is equipped so you can prepare your favorite dishes, although we can't promise you wonât be tempted to try the delicious dining options available in the area. The gastronomic variety is spectacular!
When the sun shines brightly, you can take a dip in the building's seasonal pool, open approximately from June 15th to September 15th. Remember, these dates are approximate and depend on the buildingâs homeowners' association, so itâs always good to check!
The building, accessible and with an elevator, ensures you wonât have to worry about climbing stairs with your luggage. Additionally, the access is adapted for greater convenience.
