Endast en mil från Silverthorne I-70, ligger vårt hem i Silverthorne inom bekvämt räckhåll från alla skidorterna Summit County: Keystone (15 miles), A-Basin (15 miles), Loveland (12 miles), Breckenridge (18 miles) miles), Copper Mountain (15 miles), Vail (30 miles), Beaver Creek (40 miles). Det finns dussintals butiker inom en mil, men en närbutik och en butiksaffär ligger inom gångavstånd. Närmaste vandringsled är två kvarter bort. Korttidsuthyrning bara tack; vi bor där själva minst varannan helg!

Vårt är ett riktigt hem, inte en in-out ski condo. Vårt överdimensionerade 2-bilsgalleri fryser aldrig och har ett skidstativ, starttork, snöskor och plastslädar för barn (Frisco ligger i närheten av en populär slädplats, plus en slangkulle). Var och en av de tre sovrummen har en king size-säng och vardagsrummet soffan viker ut. Köket har alla vanliga apparater och inredning, plus en Keurig, fondue krukor, matberedare, även en raklette maskin.

Ingår är en öppen spis, en 60-tums TV med kabel och DVR, en fotbolls tabell, wifi internet, garagedörr öppnare, lakan och handdukar, några brädspel, bubbelbadkar, och åh ja, en fantastisk utsikt!

Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom place

For spring break, we took our teen boys on a week long ski trip hitting 4 different ski resorts. The house was in a perfect location to access all 4 resorts, as it was conveniently minutes away from I70. Additionally, the house is spacious, including huge bedrooms, a large dinning room table, and plenty of couch and chair space in the living room. Overall, a great vacation and a great place to stay!

I highly recommend this wonderful home. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed the location and the 2car garage. We were focused on skiing so the ease of access to Loveland and surrounding food places was perfect. The host, Richard, always replied quickly and we will want to return!!

Great place to stay for our family! Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very spacious, with a big living room area that had comfortable couches and chairs. We played many games around the big dining room table. Kitchen was well stocked and roomy enough for multiple people. We loved having the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Some good views and large windows brought in tons of light. Having a heated garage was great as well. Very convenient to get into town and easy access to I-70 or Rt 6 for going to ski resorts.We would definetely stay here again in future.

Another Amazing Stay

My friend and I have stayed here before and were happy to stay again. Richard is friendly and thoughtful. The house has every amenity you can imagine, with fast wifi and comfortable beds/ pillows. Location is near trails, the towns, and of course, mountains. Will stay again in the future....highly recommend.

15/10 Experience!!

I can honestly say this is the best rental I have had the pleasure of staying at(which says a lot since I have been visiting Keystone for 10 years and we always rent). From the start - amazing communication and direction. Easy check-in to checkout: clean, inviting, and functional! We were "wowed" by the layout, and essentials they allowed us to use. Seriously, this place is amazing and it shows how much the owners love this place! They had some amazing board games, a functional fireplace, a ton of cool coffee mugs, pots/ pans, plates, a kuerig, a amazing foot massager and boot dryers! They had so much more too but I cant say enough how much we all loved this place. It comfortably fit 3 couples. Will be staying again!

Perfect end of year getaway

Our family is establishing a tradition of being up in the mountains between Christmas and new years. This includes our kids (currently 8m and 3y), ourselves and the grandparents. This house was a perfect fit, Richard was a wonderful host and we can't wait to go back in another opportunity :) Highly recommend for anyone in our situation :)

Getaway to the Mountains

Richard and his family's place is perfect (better than the pictures). It was clean, easy to get to, and great location (close to grocery stores, target, outlet mall, etc). Stayed with a friend for a month...internet for all day zoom meetings for two people was fine. Other perks, not in the posting, there's two desk in the place and house had plenty of cleaning supplies/basics.

Outstanding month-long stay in Wildernest

This was our second time staying at the house in Wildernest and our second stay was just as good as the last. The house itself is great, recommend if you are looking for a more classic home-like comfort than a super modern experience. Which is exactly what we were after. Very comfortable beds, all kings, nice sheets, plenty of extra linens, blankets and towels. Master bedroom en suite has a big jacuzzi tub which is amazing after a long day. Three bathrooms cater to multiple guests. Very spacious and open plan, lots of light and windows with two balconies (hammock, grill and beautiful views). Kitchen had everything you need and more. A couple of beers in the fridge and a bottle of wine were waiting when we arrived. Plenty stocked in the cupboards to meet your cooking needs, spices, sauces and condiments. Extra pasta, popcorn and bits and pieces you don't realize you need! Plenty of coffee and teas. Tonnes of room and great couches, nice big telly with all streaming platforms and a big dining table for family meals. Communication with Richard was easy and very pleasant, he was extremely helpful with our booking and all questions we had prior to our arrival. We look forward to staying again in future and one hundred percent recommend.

Ski Central comfort and convenience

This property was ideal for our group of family (husband, myself, SIL & 2 adult nephews) Centrally located to multiple ski resorts (Breck, Keystone, Arapaho and Copper were those we enjoyed.) The garage storage space for our ski gear was soooo convenient. An amenity not always available (or mentioned?) in other properties we viewed before reserving this place.. I tend to be the cook of the group and found the kitchen well equipped. Finding the cast iron dutch oven was super nice. The property was well stocked with basic paper goods, cleaning products etc.. Richard was easy to communicate with and very flexible and accommodating as the host. The views are wonderful and we look forward to returning. Thanks for such a great stay!

Great Home For Groups

The house was larger than expected with plenty of space for a group or family to stay. Location was great for a ski trip as we had less on average a 15-20 min drive to all the major ski resorts. Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances needed. Communication was great. Only down side was the upstairs toilet was not able to be used at the time of our stay.

Richard was fantastic about communicating before, during and after our stay. Everything listed was accurate and the home was clean and very comfortable. The location of the home is great because it is close to shopping, restaurants and I-70. You will love this place!

Such a beautiful home away from home. I loved the welcoming feeling of the place. It was perfect!

Our family enjoyed our stay and had such a wonderful time. I am a planner and I loved that they had everything that I needed to make meals for my family. Everything was clean and in order. The house felt like home to us and we enjoyed it very much on the cold, snowy days. The owner was amazing with our dates and accommodating. Such a pleasant experience. We loved looking at the coffee cups from all the different destinations taken by the owners and renters. The house was exceptional and met our family’s approval. We look forward to staying there again.

Comfortable, wonderful location

My family stayed at this property for the month of March. The house is spacious and furnishings/bedding are so comfortable! All of us needed to work/school from home while enjoying time skiing. Internet was good - we had no trouble being online at the same time. We loved the location - just minutes from tons of shopping and dining and also very close to ski resorts. Very well stocked with paper goods and kitchen appliances and we appreciated the ski boot dryer! Owner was very responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend.

Perfect location and plenty of space!

This was our first trip to Colorado, so it was difficult to figure out where we want to stay. This ended up being a perfect location and we hope to be back again next year. It’s very close to different ski resorts, close to convenient stores and restaurants, and we were able to have our groceries delivered to us. The view around this townhouse is beautiful and some of our favorite family pictures that were taken while on vacation were taken right on the street in front of the townhouse.

Excellent property and great location!

Great location easy to get to many activities. Whitewater rafting company literally just down the street, five minutes to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The kids loved the hammock and the couch is amazing!! Would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful home and great host!

This beautiful home was in a great location with easy access to skiiing, shopping, and restaurants. The home was comfortable and well stocked, as well. Richard was extremely responsive to all questions and went above and beyond when we got stuck in Denver our first night due to weather. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Update to last year's stay

Obviously we enjoy this property very much as we have gone there for the last two years in a row. The upgrades the owner has added are great improvements. There are much better views of silverthorne below and a nice furniture edition in the living room. The owner is always responsive to any questions you may have. This is an excellent place to stay whether you're skiing copper, Breckenridge keystone.

Our family has a house in the Denver area, and we stay about every other weekend in Silverthorne. We clean the house ourselves, fix up the house ourselves, and find renters ourselves. We keep locked owners' closets in the house, and consider it as much our home as our other house.

Great view, quiet sleeping, terrific garage, big deck in front (for summers), large high-ceilinged living room. We decided to buy it on the spot, and it has been a great source of joy ever since.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The garage (yes, we provide remotes) is huge, a great help especially in winter. The roomy, quiet bedrooms all hold comfortable king-sized beds, sheets provided. The kitchen is set up as for a first home, with everything from food processor to fondue pots. The house is very accessible from the Interstate, only about 3 minutes' drive. A spacious second-story deck with 3-burner grill looks over mountains and valleys for summer relaxation.
