Roomy and great location in Silverthorne

The property was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 7. The location was great - quick drive to Copper. And, the kitchen was well stocked for meal prep.

White Christmas

We arrive to find our fantastic place to spend Christmas was warm and inviting. Our Host made our arrival and stay awesome with everything in kitchen to cook and eat with except groceries. We enjoyed the fireplace, wide windows and wonderful scenery. My grands traversed all over the neighborhood and enjoyed fishing, tubing, and the family time. Local s and neighbors were friendly and informative on great places to visit. We will definitely go again.

This is the 6th year that we have rented both sides of the duplex and we are already talking about returning next year. The house is in great repair, very comfortable and has all the things you'll need.

Cozy place, great views!

This home was great for our ski trip for 7 adults! It had plenty of space, a cozy vibe, 2 car garage, and great views! It was a quick drive to copper mountain, restaurants, grocery stores, etc!

Great place to stay

Beautiful location. Great views of lake and mountains. Close to skiing. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Kitchen had plenty of cooking staples, dishes and cookware. We had a wonderful time.

Great place!

We had a terrific week. Perfect location, plenty of space and well equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to town and a short drive to lots of great skiing. Communication was also very nice and helpful!! We will visit again.

Great Place to Stay

Our family had a wonderful experience at this property in Silverthorne. The owner was honest, accessible, and very accommodating to our family needs. Breckinridge, Vail, Copper Mountain, and Keystone are all within a 30 minute drive of this property. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Summit County, Colorado.

This is the 5th consecutive year renting both of the units, and it is always an excellent stay. A group of 12 adults split both units and spend a week in Silverthorne cycling. The location is great, with an amazing view out the back.

Really liked the local community. Property fully met expectations. Loved watching the sun set over the mountain range and then watching the sun hit the same mountain top the next morning. Close to wonderful skiing. Nicely set up! Thank you

Great Location for skiing several resorts

We had a wonderful time staying here. We really appreciated having a two car garage, plenty of dishes, sleds, shovels, humidifiers and 4 bedrooms! Great Location! Perfect Stay!

We were looking for something that was not a condo and being on top of a bunch of people. This place provided everything we needed and was great location. In walking distance of Target for all the essentials and tons to do in the surrounding area. We would stay again if we were to come back to this area. The owner was fantastic and was helpful. We also loved the view of the mountains out the back windows. Made waking up in the morning great.

Great Place for Five Guys!

Property provided very ideal sleeping arrangements for five adult males. Everyone had their own queen size bed. Three full bathrooms very adequate. Nice common areas. Strong WiFi. Lots of kitchen implements including crock pot and pressure cooker. Grill worked great. Beautiful lake view off the back deck. Nice garage with wide driveway. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Convenient to stores and restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne. Beautiful view of the mountains and snow covered lake! Duplex was as described. Very well laid out, furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, appliances and spices. We did have to buy a cookie sheet, but left it for future guests. Karen was very easy to work with.

Amazing family getaway

The property was in a great neighborhood with beautiful views, friendly neighbors and endless things to explore as you walk out of your backyard. The house fit 7 of us very comfortably with everyone having their own space and cozy enough to all hang out as a family. There is a large garage to park in, a fully stocked kitchen and a grill and picnic bench in the back as another alternative for a BBQ night. Most of all, our host Karen was amazing and does everything she can to make sure you have the best time at her property. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We are already planning to come back and stay here during the summer!

Right in the heart of it!

The house suited our needs perfectly. Four of us guys from Missouri decided a getaway would be fun. We stayed at Karen's place and it was very nice. 4 bedrooms and plenty of comfort. The view out the back of the house is awesome! We traveled to Aspen, Breckenridge, Vail and had some good eats in Frisco and Dillon. Weather was absolutely perfect. Sitting outside in short-sleeve shirts eating breakfast at 50 degrees was one to write home about. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing!

Our family had an amazing stay at the lovely duplex in Silverthorne. We had 7 family members and we were all comfortable and loved the accommodations! The views were spectacular! We loved our daily walks around the lake and down to the river. There was so much to do and see! I loved having a full kitchen with everything I could have needed to cook for my family. We were so sad to leave this little piece of heaven on earth! Thank you, Karen, for a wonderful place to experience Colorado! The Hill family (Norman, OK)

Stunning views of the mountains!

This was our first trip to Colorado. It was my husband, our 3 children and myself and I think we had a very memorable vacation. The location was very centrally located to everything that we wanted to do in the area...hiking, biking, breweries, gorgeous mountains with snow on them, etc. My experience with the owner is that she's extremely nice and easy to work with. I can't wait to return one day and when we do, we'll definitely be staying back at this beautiful little condo. One recommendation I would like to make is to add a few board games or even cards to entertain the kiddos at night. Thank you! We had a wonderful vacation!

Great Memories

Willow Grove was a great experience for our family and provided many lasting memories. Very convenient location close to the center of town. Fantastic view; large, comfortable and cozy rooms which easily satisfied the ten family members; well stocked with all essential items; close proximity to several major ski areas. After skiing, we enjoyed sitting around the fireplace and all played family games. We made liberal use of the gas grill, a really nice amenity! The only issue we encountered was the heating system. The heating vents on the lower level were located in the ceiling; this kept the lower level warm enough, but, the upper level became very warm. After discussing this with the owner, we closed the heat vents upstairs and that solved the problem. Karen, the owner called to welcome us on the first evening, and kept in contact with us both before and after our visit. We sincerely enjoyed our stay!!

My earliest years were of the small town in Kansas where I was born and have very fond memories. I live in a suburb of Denver full time close to my children and grandchildren and retired from a college library after 30 years. In addition, I very much enjoy and take pride in owning and renting the vacation home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Summit County is so close to the Denver area. It's only a one-hour drive to the best the mountains have to offer. When the site became available it was an easy decision to buy the land and build. It's all about the views and the convenience of being in the center of it all.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Located on easily accessed streets in Silverthorne. Close to the recreation center, shopping, highways 6, 9 and I-70 and yet on a very quiet, secluded street. There are no neighbors behind the property - just the lake, the incredible views and the occasional wildlife that passes through.
