Enjoyed A Second Time

Our group was happy to find this property available after enjoying it for the first time in 2024. It is perfect for our needs with five beds for five male adults. A very nice neighborhood with restaurants and retail establishments only one mile away. Hope to stay there again!

Mountain ski trip

The location was phenomenal! The house had many renovations to include the kitchen that were not on the original listing! There was every single dish/utensil you could ever need! The house was quiet and super clean. We had plenty of room to visit with friends and the beds were all queens!Would totally stay here again!

White Christmas

We arrive to find our fantastic place to spend Christmas was warm and inviting. Our Host made our arrival and stay awesome with everything in kitchen to cook and eat with except groceries. We enjoyed the fireplace, wide windows and wonderful scenery. My grands traversed all over the neighborhood and enjoyed fishing, tubing, and the family time. Local s and neighbors were friendly and informative on great places to visit. We will definitely go again.

Roomy and great location in Silverthorne

The property was clean and had plenty of room for our group of 7. The location was great - quick drive to Copper. And, the kitchen was well stocked for meal prep.

This is the 6th year that we have rented both sides of the duplex and we are already talking about returning next year. The house is in great repair, very comfortable and has all the things you'll need.

Great Place for Five Guys!

Property provided very ideal sleeping arrangements for five adult males. Everyone had their own queen size bed. Three full bathrooms very adequate. Nice common areas. Strong WiFi. Lots of kitchen implements including crock pot and pressure cooker. Grill worked great. Beautiful lake view off the back deck. Nice garage with wide driveway. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location for skiing several resorts

We had a wonderful time staying here. We really appreciated having a two car garage, plenty of dishes, sleds, shovels, humidifiers and 4 bedrooms! Home away from home!

Very enjoyable and, most importantly, comfortable stay! We had a series of races in Copper and Karen's place was exactly what we needed to come back to after long, cold days on the ski hill. We spend a lot of time on the road in the winter and any chance of comfort is a treat. Thanks for everything! If we're back again next year, this is the first place we'll be looking for!

5th year in row!

This is the 5th consecutive year renting both of the units, and it is always an excellent stay. A group of 12 adults split both units and spend a week in Silverthorne cycling. The location is great, with an amazing view out the back.

Great Location

Convenient to stores and restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne. Beautiful view of the mountains and snow covered lake! Duplex was as described. Very well laid out, furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, appliances and spices. We did have to buy a cookie sheet, but left it for future guests. Karen was very easy to work with.

Awesome trip

Exactly what we were looking for. Queen beds in every room! One of the only condos that didn’t have a bunk or kid bed in a room, which was what we needed. EXCELLENT communication from the owner and the check in & out process was super easy. Great views out the back porch, and great location. A++

Really liked the local community. Property fully met expectations. Loved watching the sun set over the mountain range and then watching the sun hit the same mountain top the next morning. Close to wonderful skiing. Nicely set up! Thank you

Family holiday (3 generations) in January 2023

Returning to Colorado from the UK after a 15 year gap, the location and property did not disappoint. Silverthorne is superbly centrally located for excellent skiing, shopping and recreational activities. The expansive duplex was superbly equipped, right down to a cocktail shaker and the 2 car garage accommodated a Chevrolet Suburban. The views from the property were superb, even better than portrayed in the pictures, with snowy walks available directly from the property. The Silverthorne Rec Centre is just a short walk away, offering superb facilities. If you like shopping, then Silverthorne will not disappoint with outlets for many well know brands, with the delightful town of Frisco just a short drive away. I wish to make special mention of The Sunshine Cafe in Silverthorne, which unfortunately we did not get to until the last morning. The service, atmosphere and food were superb, a great way to start the day. Karen (the owner) was a delight, with timely and detailed communications.

My earliest years were of the small town in Kansas where I was born and have very fond memories. I live in a suburb of Denver full time close to my children and grandchildren and retired from a college library after 30 years. In addition, I very much enjoy and take pride in owning and renting the vacation home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Summit County is so close to the Denver area. It's only a one-hour drive to the best the mountains have to offer. When the site became available it was an easy decision to buy the land and build. It's all about the views and the convenience of being in the center of it all.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Located on easily accessed streets in Silverthorne. Close to the recreation center, shopping, highways 6, 9 and I-70 and yet on a very quiet, secluded street. There are no neighbors behind the property - just the lake, the incredible views and the occasional wildlife that passes through.
