The living areas in this first-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with double sofa bed and Smart TV. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for one car to the front of the apartment. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. Flat 2 St Agnes House has everything for a memorable escape to Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: The sofa bed can sleep 2 more guests, accommodating 4 in total; please request this upon booking.
