Kasai - 2 bedrooms and terrace in Malasaña
Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Transcend to a Congolese paradise with Kasai. Located in the Malasaña neighborhood, this 185 square meter home offers a backdrop of Madrilenian architecture and upscale eateries. The magic continues throughout the interiors of this two-bedroom, two-bathroom home and into the expansive, 45-square-meter terrace overlooking the cityscape.
Kasai begins with jungle-inspired awe from the very entrance. Straight one, an art piece from the Ukio-exclusive collection âRio Congoâ is on display. To the right of the entryway is Kasaiâs open concept living and dining room. Light floods in from the interior balcony, casting luminance on the designer furnishings of the living room and the six-person dining set.
Past the sitting area to the left of the living room is the haven-like terrace. An outdoor dining set for four is bathed in the Spanish sun. The radiance continues with the lounge set in the center and finally, the terrace wraps around to reveal two canopy chairs fit for soaking in the panoramic views.
Past the entrance to the left side of Kasaiâs space, guests will find a detached bathroom to the left. With an essence of luxury, this bathroom reveals a stand-alone tub to the right of the space and a double, floating vanity to the left.
Across the hall is a masterful concept of a double bedroom. In the center of the room sits a queen-sized bed with terracotta-hued textiles. The left of the space is lined with built-in storage.
The next door to the right opens up to the second bedroom. A fern green tint covers the wall behind the queen-sized bed to emulate a jungle-like backdrop. The space is completed with a dedicated workstation and built-in storage.
Across the hall from the bedroom is the second detached bathroom. Slate flooring meets subway tiling that extends in the walk-in, all-glass shower.
The space concludes at the end of the hall with Kasaiâs kitchen. To the left is a breakfast nook for four. The marble backsplash and countertops combined with the modern appliances give the kitchen a feeling of sleek design. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.
For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and one bedroom. All bedding and linens are provided.

As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
