Villa IBIZA in AlcĂșdia has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people.
Accommodation of 260 mÂČ cosy and modern, with views of the mountain and the garden, 350 metres from the sea.
It is located 2 m from the city of Alcudia,
300 m from the Sa Marina sandy beach,
4.5 km from Alcudia Beach
2 km from the Alcudia pueblo bus stop,
2 km from restaurants and bars,
2 km from the Eroski supermarket,
5 km from the Hidropark water park,
7 km from the Alcanada rocky beach,
7 km from the Golf Club de Golf Alcanada,
8 km from Es Gran Llac lake where you can practice Wake (Wake Park Alcudia)
10 km from the S'Albufera Natural Park
and is located in an ideal zone for children and next to the sea.
On the ground floor, there is a large hall with air conditioning and satellite TV, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen, separated, is the laundry room and near the stairs is a bedroom with a double bed of 150 x 190.
Going up the stairs, upstairs are the other three bedrooms with 2 single beds each. (All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and heat pump).
On the same floor, there is a very spacious balcony with a table. And finally the roof terrace with spectacular views.
It has a garden, garden furniture, a wide porch with an outdoor dining table and barbecue. Fenced plot, 25 mÂČ terrace, free internet access (wifi).
