Adolina Court is a brand new, modern and impeccably designed Apartment Block in the exclusive Universal Area in Kato Paphos, consisting of 12 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

Located in the centre of the city and a short 5-minute walk from the prestigious Elysia Park Resort, guests will be able to enjoy the best that Kato Paphos has to offer; the Paphos Castle and the archaeological sites around the Harbour, The King’s Avenue shopping mall and an abundance of restaurants, bars and taverns. It is the ideal choice for business travellers as well, as the Apartments are very centrally located with all the needed amenities nearby.

Adolina Court is also situated a short 20-minute drive from the world-renowned, buzzing with vibe, Coral Bay Strip and the blue flagged Coral Bay Beach. For easier access and more convenience, guests will be able to enjoy SODAP Beach, Alykes Beach and Rikkos Beach which are located nearby.

Guests residing at Adolina Court will be able to enjoy the building’s facilities, which include the large communal swimming pool, garden and common area. The swimming pool includes comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas for maximum comfort and a complete experience.

The generously spacious two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in its two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two twin beds), and a comfy sofa bed in the living area which is suitable to sleep two guests. Enjoy the modern design of the fully equipped kitchen and the open space living area and spoil yourself in an absolute home-from-home experience. A truly spacious private balcony completes the opulent setting.
