Ten minutes’ walk from the house is the centre of Conwy, a wonderful vibrant town full of history and interesting places to visit such as Conwy Castle, the smallest house in Great Britain, Plas Mawr, as well as independent shops, restaurants, wine bars and traditional pubs.
Walk the castle walls, catch a boat from the harbour, go crabbing off the jetty, or follow the picturesque coastal path to Morfa Conwy Beach, a beautiful sandy and dog-friendly beach. Explore Conwy Mountain quite literally on your doorstep, where you will often see the beautiful Carneddau ponies roaming wild. A short drive of under 10 minutes and you’ll discover the little-known, yet award-winning Conwy Vineyard, well worth a visit for any wine novice or connoisseur. You are also within easy reach of the Snowdonia National Park, the bustling seaside resort of Llandudno, Surf Snowdonia, and Zip world. There really is something for everyone in this fabulous area.
