Access is self check in.
Access into the apartment building is via the pedestrian gate on Malta Street.
The entrance into the apartment is opposite the car park on the ground floor.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Ethiad Stadium and the new co -op live arena!
The apartment is also a 15 minute walk away from Manchester City Centre

Getting Around:
There is a tram stop directly opposite the apartment
There is parking adjacent to the building only £6.50 per day

No nuisance behaviour,
No smoking inside the apartment

Interaction with Guests:
I am accessible by Airbnb via messaging in the hours between of 9am – 6pm. However, you can ask the concierge any questions you have – and they will be able to advise you.
