Our family goes to the beach every year and decided to stay in Beachside II and overall it was good. The location, communication, parking all was perfect. The only thing i didn’t like, it wasn’t as clean as i would’ve hoped. The towels and rugs had stains on them. The shower and tub fixtures needed to be cleaned better. The toilet paper holder came off several times and the dishwasher wasn’t screwed in completely so it came off as well. Another note was they didn’t have any seasonings. Like salt n pepper. Not a terrible thing but note for the next person to bring their own. Overall. Decent stay!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're happy to hear your family enjoyed your stay at Beachside II and that you found the location, communication, and parking to be convenient. We appreciate you bringing the cleanliness and maintenance items to our attention. The condition of our units is very important to us, and we're sorry that some details were missed prior to your arrival. Your comments regarding the towels, rugs, shower and tub fixtures, toilet paper holder, and dishwasher installation have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review and follow-up. Regarding kitchen supplies, we provide the standard starter items outlined for our rentals; however, specialty items such as seasonings, including salt and pepper, are not typically provided. Many guests choose to bring their preferred cooking staples, especially for longer stays. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We appreciate your suggestions and are glad that, overall, your family had a good experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another beach vacation in the future.

My husband and I had a great time on this property! The unit was a perfect size for the two of us. The decor and style of the unit made for an enjoyable time. We utilized the tram to Baytown Warf, which was super convenient! Check in and check out was very easy, and communication with the host was always timely and helpful. We are looking forward to coming back when the pool is renovated. Having the pool available would have made the trip perfect, but it was enjoyable and relaxing nonetheless!
