Stay in May

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the area and condo. Only complaint they should have supplied more toilet tissue, trash bags and just some every day stuff. Also the screen on the patio door was all ripped. Seemed like a very septic smell in the condo at times

Not quite up past experiences

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo only had 2 chairs (one not stable) for a huge balcony over looking the beach. So with 4 guest we could not sit outside and take advantage of it. There was also a sour smell filing the air. Could have been sewer backed up or garbage disposal. We ran water a lot down kitchen sink which helped. Condo was clean, location great.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted to hear you found the condo clean and enjoyed its fantastic beachfront location. We're sorry to learn about the issues you experienced during your stay. We understand how disappointing it was not to have enough stable seating to fully enjoy the spacious balcony, and we'll share your comments with the property owner as we evaluate additional outdoor furnishings. We also apologize for the unpleasant odor you encountered. We wish we had known about it during your stay, as our maintenance team would have been happy to investigate and address the issue right away. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we'll have the condo inspected to determine the source. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience on your next visit.
